    I got the TV a few months ago when I turned on the TV to watch some shows the TV looks blurry and grainy I call TCL because the TV was under warranty took them 3 months back and forth they said they were gonna send me a replacement but within 3-5 day had to call them back they said they didn't have the same model of tv they said they were gonna replace it with a similar model tv waited other 2 weeks got a call saying they were gonna give me a refund wasted almost 4 months of my time

    Regret purchasing an Amazon Fire TV!

    Almost immediately after purchasing, the interface included (Amazon) began having terrible audio issues. It does not seem to be the actual tv, but having to do with Amazon fire streaming quality.

    Worse TV ever

    This is by far the worst TV I've ever bought. It is not worth the money. After 3 months I started having issues with the picture and sound. I didn't buy the warranty so I can't return it. I don't recommend this TV or buying it at Best Buy.

    TCL asked me to exchange it. Lame. Why? Because when you hit pause and then unpause the show doesn’t play. It goes back to the home page every time for whatever reason. Doesn’t matter if you pause for 20 seconds or 20 minutes. The 15 year old dynex tv with a Roku stick works better.

    Bought online and it was damaged. Screen had noticeable marks/burn-in after it was set up. Returned it for something else.

    This tv is terrible. Terrible quality and if you’re going to be playing old movies or videos that are 1080p on it, you’re going to have a horrid time because of the picture quality.

    Stay away from this piece of junk! Will not set up correctly, cannot download Netflix, and actual set-up makes no sense! Plus, laggy as anything. DO NOT WASTE YOU ENERGY ON THIS!!!

    Purchased 4 of these Smart Fire TVs. Too many requirements per TV (downloads/sign-ups/apps, etc.) before being able to watch the TV. Returned all 4 Smart Fire TVs for 4 better TVs. Since the Fire TVs were returned, my Ratings can only be Low.

    I ordered my tv on December 12 2024 it’s a new year and I have not received my tv yet I feel this is crazy all the things I’m going through to get a TV that I paid for with my hard earned money

    Other user should do a Product

    Other reviewer mycurrentalias complaining about the Drop price because a different but nearly identical model with GoogleTV was $50 less last year…use your brain. These are product reviews and Best Buy offered a Drop on this specific model currently, it doesn’t have to be the same as prior deals. The price doesn’t mean the product deserves a poor review. If you don’t like the deal, wait for another or get a different product but don’t complain in the product reviews section because another deal was better for you. I understand I’m effectively accomplishing the same thing but for the current price of $200 it is a solid option if you’re looking for a FireTV model and a low cost option it will do the job and has QLED over LCD. GoogleTV is fine but often has more software issues than I’ve seen on other models in the low-end range. For a cheap replacement, elderly or kids room, or extra TV option I’d go FireTV or even Roku in the low-end space.
