    Love this tv, second one we get amazing and affordable. Excellent resolution, and the app TCL tv channels it comes with.

    I went to the store to purchase a Pioneer LED TV with Xumo built-in for compatibility with Spectrum TV. Salesperson steered me towards the TCL 55" Q6 QLED TV instead. I was told the Spectrum TV App would work via the Google play store. Turns out this is not true, Spectrum does not allow their app to be used on TCL TVs. The picture is indeed better than the Pioneer I had in mind, but the TV has a brain of its own and does not keep my settings as I have setup. Contrast, brightness and picture mode is always switching despite turning off all adaptive settings on menu, OS updates have been applied. The hassle of unmounting from the TV stand, repackaging and taking back to the store was not worth it and I just kept it

    Traded it in for a Samsung because the refurbished one didn’t come with a remote and was still signed into the previous owner.

    Good tv for color and promotion but face an issue where the sound stops coming and have to turn it off and on again that’s why giving 3 stars
