I was hesitant to get a new smart TV because I've been very disappointed in the performance of My fire TV, but this TV is excellent. It has a pre-installed app called free play TV that lets you watch a wide variety of content with intermittent ads and it is great! My personal favorite is the Classic Doctor Who station that is always playing Classic Doctor Who. The picture is great, and the sound is wonderful too.

Amazing screen quality for the price! I was looking online for a budget TV and came across the 55" TCL mini led and thought to myself, wow a mini led at a budget level price! After delivery I immediately set up up the TV and was amazed at the picture quality. I was so impressed that I decided to move the 55" into another bedroom and bought the 65" for the master. The sound quality is also better than expected.

DO NOT SLEEP ON MINI-LED! I would say the jump from LCD to Mini-LED is similar to your first jump from SD to Full HD (or Full HD to 4K!). The picture is so clear and responsive, and the sound is incredible! This was the first TV I've bought since 2019 and I am so glad I decided to upgrade now! It feels like a steal! I also wanted to mention that the Google TV OS has come a long way; its a much better experience than it was a few years ago. It's so fast and the settings / options for picture & sound are impressive.

Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and the price. I love the local dimming which gives very good blacks and contrast. I know it is not the brightest set but for my use, it is great.

I brought this tv to replace a Sony 77” A80K OLED that died after my two year warranty was up. There are a lot of written reviews and video reviews on youtube out there saying this TV rivals OLED TVs. And it does not. For playing next gen consoles or pc gaming, its is gorgeous and does a great job. For watching stuff in Dolby Vision or HDR, it looks really good as well. But if your watching shows like Modern Family or any other show, they all have that soap opera effect that you cant get rid of. For those that dont mind it, you’ll be fine but i can’t stand it and theres no way to completely turn the interpolazation off. To be clear, the picture is crystal clear when watching them, it just looks like you’re watching a soap opera. And for a 120hz panel, there is a lot of motion blur when trying to watch sports whether it is basketball or baseball, there is a lot of motion blur. If you just want to play games and watch Dolby Vision content, it is a really good tv. But it does not compete with OLED for watching sports and not having that soap opera effect. I had to try it because i got it on a crazy sale for $2,199 instead of $3,799 but i returned it today and got the 83” LG G4 instead. For a lot of people out there, this TV will probably be a great TV if you dont mind the soap opera effect or care that much about sports and thats why i gave it four stars.

Honestly i never owned a TCL brand tv, always stayed with Samsung tv's but this one really impressed me picture quality was beyond my expectations. Also first time using a google tv the set up was a bit annoying but as everything now a days need a account to use the product after everything was set up it did not disappoint.

We like our TCL tv. Good picture and sound. Geek Squad did a good job with set up and explaination of use. Customer service not so much. Cut us off a total of 7 times. Can't speak to anybody in the local store, unless you get in the car and drive there. Even after doing that we were told they can't get in touch with customer service. They would have to go on a chat to discuss problem. I'll give the product 5 stars, but customer service doesn't deserve even a one.

A good TV for viewing and streaming shows. It’s very lightweight and easy to mount on the wall. Nice audio quality as well.

Picture is amazing. Replaced one of my 42” LED TVs and this was the perfect size for the bedroom. Mini-LED is brighter and picture modes are set perfect for what I use it for, watching sports and movies. Sound quality is excellent, was thinking I would have to connect a soundbar but for the room size 15X30 internal speakers did the job.

This is probably the best TV we have ever purchased. Not only is the picture extremely clear and sharp; the audio is great, as well. To top it off, our salesperson was what sold us on buying from this store. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. A great deal and a better price!

Considering most reviews point you to more expensive models by the same maker, I think this picture looks great and when I think I bought it for 350 makes it all that much better...I definitely notice I can still see the screen clear from an angle, something Ive noticed a lot of TV reviews say less expensive models lack. I was going to use this as a second TV but now its our main.

Great picture quality for the price point of $350 that I paid. Awesome and vibrant colors! Definitely worth spending the $150 more to get this versus a standard LED TV with a sub par picture.

For the price paid you can't go wrong. Great video, the audio is way better than the usual flat screen tv. Sound bar would be an improvement, but not necessary with this tv.

Unfortunately the screen had lines from a possible drop or bump, but Best Buy made the fix right away with no issues on the return. There was TCL rep on site the day I made my purchase he was not pushy and very knowledgeable about his products as well as the other brands I was considering, so much so that I did not realize that he had a TCL shirt and was a rep until I was paying. The TV is great I have a LG OLED (2021) and the picture quality is far superior and for the price it’s unbeatable.

No issues so far. I was upgrading a 20 year old tv so honestly anything would have been an upgrade. The blacks are crisp, colors pop, but it doesnt have that uncanny valley effect. Got a great deal and would happily tell past me to make the same purchase. I can see details in Hereditary. I can hear dialogue rewatching content that I coudldnt pick up on before. Set up was easy.
