Tv has been great so far (owned for nearly 1.5 months)! Customer service at this location was quick and friendly - would recommend both the tv and this Best Buy!

I purchased this TCL TV as an affordable option, and while the picture quality is solid for the price, there are some usability issues that may matter depending on how you plan to use it. After some troubleshooting, we determined that the audio problem is related to the TV’s sleep/standby mode. Using the remote to turn the TV “off” does not fully power it down; it places the TV into sleep mode instead. When the TV wakes from sleep, the audio sometimes remains inactive, even though the picture comes back on. The only way to restore sound is to force a full restart, either by holding the physical power button for about five seconds or unplugging the TV and plugging it back in. It feels similar to resetting an old game console when it freezes. This led us to dig further and learn that this is a known issue discussed online. To reduce the problem, you have to go into the settings and disable the standby/sleep feature so the TV fully powers down instead of entering sleep mode. While this helps, it is not something most users should have to figure out on a new television. Another important consideration is for Spectrum TV subscribers. The Spectrum TV app is not available directly on this TV, which means you must either download individual channel apps (ABC, Fox News, HGTV, Lifetime, etc.) or cast from a phone or tablet. This setup may work for some users but can be inconvenient for those who want a simple, traditional turn-on-and-watch experience. Overall, the TV delivers good picture quality for the price, but the sleep-mode audio glitch and limited native cable app support make it less ideal for older adults or anyone looking for straightforward, hassle-free use.

I’m really enjoying my new TCL television. I purchased it for my garage and it’s perfect for this location. Very sharp picture, perfect for watching football. Very good price point also.

Great Tv for the price. Very happy with it! And I'm picky about tv brands and quality. This was on a budget but it was a massive upgrade over the tv I was using. But, no matter what the overall tv quality is well worth it. If you can't get the qm6k on sale for 400 to 450 and don't want to pay the extra, this one for 330 to 350 is a good alternative.

My Sony recently crapped out and didn’t feel like spending a lot of money on a new tv. I am very pleased with the TCL. The black levels are very good, color is fantastic. Definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend.

Incredible features! Elite picture! This is everything you could want of a tv. The built in subwoofers really make for great sound! Really happy with it! This is next level! For a good price too!

This TV is better than what I was expecting. Great image with mini-Led and great sound, delivering even Dolby Atmos without a soundbar or home theater system. Interface very easy to get used to.

I bought this TV in order to place it next to a 75 inch Samsung LED so my family and I can watch multiple football games on Saturdays and Sundays. I wanted a good screen at a decent price. I’m so impressed by the quality of the screen that I am now shopping to replace my Samsung with the TCL mini LED screen. They make them huge as well. I’ve seen them in the 90+ inch range. In the low 300s. I scored a huge bargain with this one. The colors are rich and deep. The blacks are dark. There is no light bleeding. It’s the best screen I’ve ever owned (and I’ve had a bunch.) You really can’t beat the bang for the buck on this one.

This TV is great! The view is very clear. I have it hooked up to my Onkyo AV receiver with Klepsch stand speakers, and the sound is good too. Google TV is good with a lot of channel options, and there's little to no lag time when making selections. For the price, it was a great purchase!

Excellent TV with superior picture at a great price. TLC is getting it right with this one.The setup was easy and no issues getting started. I will always look at TLC first now. Also had a great sales rep help with deciding this one as a purchase.

I got this TV to go in my home office and it may be better than my living room tv. The picture is amazing in a very bright room. I have watches movies and sports on it with out any issues.

The only place I can put my TV is next to the living room picture window that the sum comes through in the afternoon/ evenings. The sun would wash out my old TV. The brightness on this TV is perfect. There is still a glare, of course, but I can see the show I’m watching despite the glare. Darl scenes are no longer an issue. Great TV for the price.

We bought this tv about a month ago from the BB stoe in Bayshore, NY. Set up was easy, and we were amazed by the sharp, bright and contrast of this tv. skin tones were perfect the performance of this unit is way above its price. We are very happy with our purchase and would encourage anyone who wants great quality at a great price to buy this TCL model.

It was first recommended to me by a beautiful associate Crystal. She had such a pleasant personality and very respectful. I'm glad I got the tv. It workks so perfectly, my kids love it and I always ask for crystal or Martin anytime I shop at Bestbuy. Wonderful service overall

Bought to use as an outdoor tv and it is spectacular. Perfect viewing angles from anywhere on the back deck and amazing sound!

Exactly what I needed, bedroom TV for watching movies at night and YouTube. Simple TV but I’m satisfied, you could do much worse for the price and the 55” size.
