After many years of having a “dumb TV” I did some research into what is available in my price range and my needs. I need a remote that is easy to use, screen that is easy to view (eyes are not that good anymore), sound that can be heard (hearing problems). Ordered online and paid. Picked up TV and it was loaded for me to the back of car. All so easy. The TV package is light and easy to carry but it can be a two person job to bring inside. Setup at home is incredibly easy. Apps are added according to what I subscribe to. Picture quality after having old TV is incredible, sound quality also incredible (closed captions good quality and adjustable) It will take some getting used to the remote. Most buttons are learnable but volume goes super loud fast. No big deal. Home button doesn't respond well sometimes. What I absolutely love about the remote is the back lighting of the buttons at night. No need to turn on the lights to see the remote anymore. Additionally, it was easy to hook up the DVD Blu Ray player. My VHS player I will need to buy a cable with HDM1 in order to get it working. Yes, some people still use VHSs! If I were to buy a second TV for other area of the house I would definitely buy another TCL. Many good reviews on YouTube. There is also voice command and Bluetooth wifi pairing (earbuds or other devices). I have not used voice command yet but then I rarely use any voice commands on any devices. Earbud pairing easy to setup, sound quality okay but I presume it’s the buds not the TV. I love the TV but as I said I have been living in “dumb TVland” for years now and just only bought my first smart TV. This TV has a great display, sound, easy setup, and good price range. Glad I bought this brand and model.

I picked the TCL 55" QM6K Series 4K UHD HDR QD Mini LED Smart TV (2025) at Best Buy, and their professionals delivered it on time and carefully placed it in the room for us. Setup was so easy I didn’t even break out my “serious tech face.” Honestly, I think this thing might be smarter than half the people I know. It has exceeded every expectation — and I’m not exactly known for setting the bar low. The picture quality is so crisp I can now see pores, freckles, and the occasional questionable wig glue on actors who definitely didn’t sign up for this level of honesty. The Mini LED brightness could guide ships into harbor, the blacks are incredibly black and Google TV runs smooth as butter. I added my Roku Ultra, well, because… But here’s the real headline: my wife and I installed it on the wall ourselves. No arguments, no YouTube emergencies, no “call your brother, he’ll know what to do.” We mounted it, plugged it in, and it powered up like it had been waiting its whole life to entertain us. Honestly, we felt like professional installers… just without the tool belts or invoice. I highly recommend this TCL with absolutely zero reservations.

Recently purchased the TCL 85" QM6K model and like it very much. This purchase was just an extension down the product line to replace a very old 55" LG unit in my "man cave" / office. Compared to the old LG smart TV, this TCL unit is much snappier in performance. Apps like YouTube TV, Netflix, and Prime pop up much faster. Setup was a breeze since I had done it with 3 other new TCL units. Image quality is good for my tastes. Didn't need a sound bar. Have it wall-mounted and was able to transfer my old wall mount bracket to this unit and mount it myself since it is lighter than the unit it replaced. Value for the price I paid was fantastic.

This TV is a great price for how much it offers! I bought this TV mainly for my PS5 Pro so I could utilize the 120Hz refresh rate and 4k gaming it advertises, and it works exceptionally well! Movies and TV shows also look great! Very easy to set up aswell. I also really love how much settings there are, really gives you a lot of chances to customize your experience!

I have been a Roku user for almost 10 years. It has been an adjustment to the new OS. I am so happy with this purchase even though I'm still trying to feel as comfortable with this as I did the Roku. The picture is so clear and the refresh rate is great for my Xbox.

I recently had my Samsung 50’ QLED 60A Tv model gone bad after 4 years. I was looking for a new tv but something that didn’t break the bank. I was a little disappointed with Samsung. So i decided to look for another brand. After reviewing alot of Tv’s. I kept getting good reviews on this Tv. It was the best Tv at my budget. I wanted a 65’ but it was too big for my room. So i went 55’. As someone who watches Sports alot this Tv had great reviews for it. Not a big fan of google tv system but the picture quality makes up for it. The picture is smooth and the colors pop out. The audio is also good. But if u want the extra bass. Definitely add a sound bar if u dont have one .I am happy with my purchase. Definitely worth the money. I will recommend this Tv if you are in this budget. I’ve been seeing TCL alot in the market. Now i see why they are getting popular to the other bigger brands. At the end of the day everyone has preferences and budgets. Obviously if you have the money to spend go for the higher priced Tv’s if not you wont regret getting this Tv. My advice is to do your reviews on the Tv you are looking to buy. One of my favorite Best But employees recommended me this Tv. I recommend this Tv

The quality of the TV is amazing The colors for all the images are just perfect, the sound and base of the TV is perfect for those days that I'm just cleaning up the apartment and need some music on in the background and the settings for the PlayStation I just perfect only problem with it is that it doesn't change the input thing so when you turn on the TV it will just turn the PlayStation on which isn't really a bad thing but it does always tempt me to play the game but other than that it's an awesome TV.

The picture quality and refresh rate on gaming is amazing.

We got our tv the week of Black Friday after our old tv decided to stop working. We are extremely happy with picture quality. The only interaction with the supplied internal Google tv is to adjust settings. I feel is a slight downgrade in easy of use compared to our Roku TCL we had before. There are more settings and AI built in our new tv but setup of the QM6K was not to bad. One problem we ran into during setup was it does not adjust sound on screen while sound output is set to optical (Our old TCL Roku did). We can not use HDMI arc because our av receiver is older. It does work well with the receiver for cec control. We decided to purchase this tv because of all the positive reviews we watched on YouTube. The staff at Best Buy were very helpful. From helping track the tv down check out and loading it into the car went very smoothly. Thank you

Very pleased with this TV so far. Bought it for our bedroom and loving it. Was looking for a 55" Mini LED TV with great reviews because we love our 65" Hisense Mini LED in the living room. Great pictures with these Mini LED TV's and more affordable than the OLED TV's. The picture is great and very vibrant/bright/colorful. The sound is also great on this TV and no need for a soundbar. The only negative would be the glare from windows if in a bright room during daytime. We usually only watch at night before bed, so not an issue for us. Even in the morning sun the picture is so good I don't notice any reflection from the windows. I would recommend both TCL and Hisense. They are not the name brands that advertise heavily, but so far the quality has been great. Avoid Visio - horrible and fails right after the warranty is up.

Honestly love this unit. Of course if you compare to the qm7k that one is definitely brighter. But odds are you don't have these two side by side. The blacks get OLED level black and picture is tack sharp. I use it for streaming and gaming on my PS4 and PC rig. Get a sound bar set the subs on this TV rattle a bit

Excellent packaging and easy set up. The picture is clear from all angles. The built in Google TV is great. Many live TV options with just a wireless connection.

Awesome TV in a dark room. Colors are vivid and bright. Google tv is responsive and does what I need it to do.

TCL has really stepped up there game!! The price point for what you get is beyond expection! The mini led screen is super impressive. Crisp clear bright images and dark blacks. Super fast refresh rate at 144. Fast processor/screen changing. You cannot go wrong with this tv. We put it on our back porch and absolutely love watching movies, tv shows or listening to music.

Wanted bigger screen for watching sports in the bedroom. Sales person did an excellent job explaining the features. Got what expected on a quality picture. This tv fits the area perfectly. Good decision.

TV is great for my game room. Looks great and plays ps5 games great.

Absolutely love this t.v. in every aspect. Great for gaming at 120hz native on a high end pc, great for 4k video, excellent sound, and tons of settings to fine tune. Its been my primary monitor and i have zero complaints. Even the hdr is amazing. Highly recommend all the way across the board.
