Even on wired internet. Not even a year old and the screen is completely black. Customer service is so nice and offers to fix it it or replace it. Then you never hear back, have to start the whole process over again.

Have to turn the volume up to high to her speech and the the background is way too loud and we have tried all the sound setting but it the same no matter which one use select.

I don't want to go through the steps that I already have done without speaking to your customer service. This product is HORRIBLE! It continues to freeze then when you get it to work it is slow to load icons. I will be returning it to your Best Buy store and will NEVER AGAIN purchase a TCL!

I do wish the picture was a bit more crisp but I would recommend the tv. I had it mounted over my fireplace and it looks amazing

It has way too much protective film that sticks ok bad. The backlight is horrendous. I went out of town right after I bought it and missed the return window. This TV sucks.
