The picture is okay, and I would have given it 4 stars. However, the audio is not that great. I have to turn it up extremely high just to hear anything. So I would not recommend this unit unless it is on sale and you need a tv.

This TV is great! It has a great picture, and the TV speakers are good. I chose to buy the sub woofer and speaker bar for this TV and it now sounds awesome!

Great tv for the price. The sound is good but I also have a sound bar. I do wish the picture was a bit more crisp but I would recommend the tv. I had it mounted over my fireplace and it looks amazing

The sound and visual is ok at best. It has way too much protective film that sticks ok bad. The backlight is horrendous. I went out of town right after I bought it and missed the return window. This TV sucks.

This is the 2nd 65" TCL I purchased through Best Buy and within 7 months time has failed again. I don't want to go through the steps that I already have done without speaking to your customer service. This product is HORRIBLE! It continues to freeze then when you get it to work it is slow to load icons. I will be returning it to your Best Buy store and will NEVER AGAIN purchase a TCL!

WiFi rarely works on it. It constantly says it can’t find the signal. Even on wired internet. Not even a year old and the screen is completely black. Customer service is so nice and offers to fix it it or replace it. Then you never hear back, have to start the whole process over again.

Additionally, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty.
