One of the best-purchased based on the price. Great image quality and sound, easy to assemble, and more than whatever I expected.

I purchased this tv brand new from best buy but it came with a defective control that did not work despite trying any and trouble shooting. Best buy told me to go in store for a replacement TCL remote but instead was giving a off brand controller that did work but it missing key features so i wasnt to happy at least i can turn on/off and work the volume and then i called TCL and after tons of automated trouble finally got a live agent who asked too many questions about my issue and had me do more troubleshooting with the remote and tv and finally i had enough and just hung up, all that for just a remote? Can you imagen if it was the TV itself, screw that the tv looks great but the support is by far the worst so unfortunately i couldn't recommend this tv based off that experience too much money invest on a TV that offers horrible support.
