    be aware when you order delivery.

    This is the not a reliable company. I will never order something from Best Buy again. They are using dashdoor which they lie about delivery. They never attempted to deliver the package, didn't answer the phone. They have not delivered the package when they were supposed to and they didn't want to cancel delivery. You can 't talk to a manager so best recourse for me is to open a dispute on my credit card and never use best buy again.

    Blacks are not black. Picture has shadowing. Very limited ability to make adjustments to settings. 4K picture is very dull. Tuner will not pull in locals. Have a 22 year old plasma that is far superior. Cannot recommend.

    Horrible picture, this is probably thw worst tv i ever bought, returning it to best buy for an exchange, don't waste your money, it's not worth the hustle

    Anytime a game system is used the tv starts flickering and stays that way until you do a factory reset.

    I think the software expired. Viewing other models now. TCL has great spec reviews pushing the limits. I am sure this is a compatible model.

    We had to return the TV twice due to an echoing sound in the speakers. We switch it out for a different brand and I had no issue since.

    Dont waste your time

    Returned it in a week. Picture was hoood when nobody was moving. Slight movement made the creen blurry. Get the Samsung.

    I have to say it is a good tv, stunning picture, and easy to setup the tv with your google account, it intall some apps, what you do is to wait. After that i got hulu, max i used often, to my surprise, a lot of free channels inside the TV. it is really good tv for the price.

    Excellent TV for the price

    Dollar for dollar its the best TV set I've ever purchased. The colors are vibrant and crisp and the set has tons of settings you can configure to set it up to your taste. The game enhancement setting works great for use as a PC monitor for gaming at 1440P at 128Hz refresh rate. Don't expect a 2000 dollar tv for this price but a 65 inch qled with this many features for under 500 bucks is a steal.

    Strong Choice in this Price Range

    I purchased this TV for my son who is in his first year of law school, and he loves. He says it is great for streaming and watching sports, and picture quality for the money can't be beat. I have researched a lot of TV's on the higher end for my personal use, and feel the bang for your buck on this TCL is fantastic. Highly recommend.
