    Ok picture bad smart featues

    The picture is perfectly fine for a tv in this price range. The smart apps are slow unresponsive and buggy, you can fix it by getting a roku stick but then why not just buy a roku tv.??Would not recommend.

    Wifi connectivity problems

    Wifi connection is bad. I had to buy a wifi extender even if other devices/projectors have good wifi connection at the same place

    The TV was going great. We have had it about three months all of the sudden it will not stay connected. We have had our internet checked with no issues and every other TV/device in the house works.

    The google platform is slow compared to roku. The picture is nowhere near as clear as the one we were shown in store that was supposed to be the same, even with adjustments having been made to the settings.

    It’s alright for the price I guess. It did glitch a few times so I guess I’ll have to come back and update after I get a few uses out of it

    Good imagen but system

    The system is kind of slow, before i was using a tv with roku it was faster and this tv has too many delays between apps

    Disappointing picture, miserable sound.

    Very disappointed in both picture and sound quality. The TV default settings came from the store with brightness and contrast nearly 100 percent yet everything still seems dark. The worst part is the sound with many of the shows I'm watching there is an echo/delay where it sounds like the dialogue is repeated on two speakers out of sync creating an echo (notice especially during narration dialogue). All the guides I can find online about TCL sound echo refer to troubleshooting soundbar/TV issues. I don't have a soundbar or external speakers connected, this is all coming from the TV!

    Speakers / Picture Quality not the greatest

    Seemed like a great TV for the price at the time but audio isn't the greatest nor is the display. I'd recommend QD mini LED which is the next up I believe. Felt like a TV from 8 years ago. QLED is just all marketing.

    Damaged TV

    TV came damaged and I was unable to get an exchange, due to having admitted to laying the box down flat in my car to transport it. While I understand it is store policy to refuse an exchange under these circumstances, and do not fault the employees whatsoever for doing their job, it is nonetheless frustrating to have lost so much money.

    Too much backlight

    The TV had way too much backlighting and it was distracting when a scene on the TV turned dark in any capacity

    Not a good purchase

    I was excited about this tv. Both best buy guys i spoke to told me this was a better tv over Samsung and lg. NOT. The TV was never clear. It was pixelated and the sound was a little tinny. They sent me another one and this was a little better but still pixelated. We sent it back and i got a Toshiba. WOW. That TV was lite years better. Best buy customer service was stellar. Very helpful. Spend a little more money and get a different TV.

    Blacks are not black. Picture has shadowing. Very limited ability to make adjustments to settings. 4K picture is very dull. Tuner will not pull in locals. Have a 22 year old plasma that is far superior. Cannot recommend.

    be aware when you order delivery.

    This is the not a reliable company. I will never order something from Best Buy again. They are using dashdoor which they lie about delivery. They never attempted to deliver the package, didn't answer the phone. They have not delivered the package when they were supposed to and they didn't want to cancel delivery. You can 't talk to a manager so best recourse for me is to open a dispute on my credit card and never use best buy again.
