    Lasted 3 years while slowly becoming worse and worse. Light bleed around edges and lines in screen have made it unusable now. Netflix won't load, other apps freeze and cash.

This particular TV was launched less than 3 year ago, so it is difficult to decipher what TV you may have. Our TVs are designed to give our customers years of entertainment and enjoyment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     It quit working exactly after 2 years. Won’t be buying a tcl product again. They are cheaper but cheaper for a reason.
