Two weeks after reporting, a tech came to my house. After trying two different parts it still wouldn't work. Deemed to be unrepairable. I contact TCL asking for a refund, but that isn't their policy. A week later I get a call telling me in a week to two weeks I will get a replacement television. The same television. Tell me, why would I want to same television. Just send me a refund so I can get an Insignia or something much more reliable. So now I wait again to have a television that works. Silly me for getting rid of my other big screen tv when I got this one. DO NOT BUY THIS TV OR OTHER TCL PRODUCTS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THEIR POLICY IS EVEN WORSE.

I didn’t give 5 stars because it needs some configuring to improve image quality, also sound quality is not the best. Gaming is really pleasant with this tv.
