I had a great experience in the Murfreesboro store with great customer service and a great delivery team today. I highly recommend buying the HDMI 2.1 CABLES. THEY REALLY AMKE A BIG DIFFERENCE IN PICTURE QUALIFY. BOTTOM LINE THIS TV IS A STAR.

The TV is awesome, however, I am greatly disappointed that there’s no spectrum app for Google TV. This just seems something that should be able to be worked out between these two large corporations, and I cannot believe it has not been worked out yet.

It is large and impressive. Recommend installation rather than trying to install yourself, but be there when they do it to ensure they do all the things they promise as part of the install. We watch our smaller QLED TV much more often, but it is great for watching movies with the surround sound. It works well in our converted garage with the space it needs. Te only thing is we get a loud buzz occasionally. I think it is either the guys who installed it, or the lower end sound system. I will call Best Buy about the buzzing sound. The installers tried to convince my wife to install it lower and they did not include the HDMI's they said they would for video games, but that is not the TV. It is grainier then the QLED TV but it definitely impresses guests and is does give a movie theater experience. For YouTube, the video quality is less depending on the source, so I don't recommend it for casually viewing YouTube, it is best for a theater-like experience.

Great picture and gret sound, awesome price enjoy movies and specially sport games cant wait for football season it will be a great experience for sure.

Very great tv for price good for gaming has fantastic sound for movies with deep bass and clear highs im glad i got it for what i paid i recommend it if your looking for a big tv that looks and sounds good an is gaming friendly.

I love this TV. It is huge. The picture and sound quality is great. The sound quality is so good that you don't even need surround sound. I would definitely recommend this TV. The installation by bestbuy was great as well.
