The QM7K is a solid entry point into the big-screen Mini-LED world and offers great value for the price, especially if you're upgrading from a smaller TV. But if you're building a dedicated home theater or want deep blacks, cinematic HDR, and better dimming performance, it’s worth stepping up to something like the TCL QM8K or Samsung QN90D.

Love my new TV! The color is so nice! Definitely not the best sound by itself but, I'm adding a sound bar!

TCL is a great tv and value. You can definitely get a more expensive tv but for the price can’t be beat.

This is a very good large size TV for its price. It is very bright. In fact I had to tone down the brightness even in a bright room.

Customer service does not exist in Best Buy. I purchased a 100” tv, a tv mount, and electrical relocation kit. I received a delivery and installation date. No day before notification. I received a call the morning of delivery and install day informing me the tv mount was unavailable. I chose to have tv delivered regardless. After that morning total radio silence. I had to go into Bestbuy location to discuss further actions. ( reschedule date) and purchase the tv mount I ordered. It was in stock on the shelf. For all my trouble dealing with bestbuy. I received a letter in the mail notifying me of an attempt to open a Best Buy credit card in my name. Not once, two attempts. I am a brick and mortar shopper. I want to go into a store and purchase my products. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy from now on.
