We initially bought the QM6k, then a week later the QM7k dropped in price. So we exchanged with no hassle. Best Buy delivered the 7 and picked up the 6.
We definitely saw the difference in picture quality.
THE QM7K has a better picture and the price point was great.
So far so good!

This tv is a great tv. The colors blow me away everytime I turn it on. The apps are easy to work.If you to buy a super tv, this one will be your Huckleberry. I even have neighbor even stoping in the apartment complex watch my one. Asking questions about this TV.

This is huge tv buy it if you have space,no tv brand can beat this one, very bright and very natural colors, blacks are beautiful, just leaves the picture setting at intelligent q, buy this if you want to go big.

Good TV for the price

The TV is great, bright, and has good quality. It's not like OLED but still good. You'll need a soundbar because it has very poor sound.

Loving it with caution

We love the TV, however, we have had one day where the screen acted strange. It has not done that since but it makes me nervious

The TCL is fine if you are watching tv shows or movies. IF sports is your passion (especially golf and football), you will be greatly disappointed. Not bright enough and color of grass and uniforms is way off even after manually adjusting the settings

Problem with TV

There were problems with the TV HDMI connections and the controls working with my receiver. Also, the color on the screen changes during the show.

Worst customer service ever

The item itself works great. Worst customer service experience ever. Nobody cares or tries to fix situations when they arise. Bought the tv and they scheduled me at the store for a Saturday delivery. Waited around alls at Saturday and was told by several people on the phones that it is enroute. Had to go to physical store bc nobody can contact the store it was purchased from. Only to find out my tv was still there and they don’t do deliveries on Saturday.

delivered broken again. We purchased the original TV on FFeb 3. after 2 have been delivered broken we are told another one cannot be delvered until April. 22. Very disappointed in Best Buy customer support.
