I purchased b/c my boyfriend was always asking me to turn the TV louder (even when I was approaching the highest setting) & ever since it's been on he is always asking me to turn it lower. I also love playing Pandora through it after switching to Music Mode - makes my TV like a sound system.

But audiophiles won't be happy. The physics of driving such small speakers for a family room doesn't work. (and forget EQ adjustments - only 3 presets provided)

The manager greeted me at the door and directed me to the area where an exchange was made. He personally checked out to make sure that the new sound bar worked correctly and then discussed with me the advantage of the extended protection plan which I purchased at that point. Very courteous and good manager.
