    I have TCL TV and this and I thought it would be great pair but no benefit of having both. Should’ve went for the Visio sound bar on sale

    Difficult to connect to TV. It is set on “movie” mode but really isn’t any better than the TV just a little louder at lower levels.

    Bought this due to good reviews, sorry to say for me this speaker system sounded very thin, almost like AM radio, the speakers in the television actually sounded much better, used HDMI cable for connection, not impressed at all, would advise on a higher quality system with a subwoofer, even at higher volumes this particular item left a lot to be desired

    I have a TCL 55” Tav and ai thought this soundbar would be a good accessory to it, but the sound of the TV is better that the sound that came out of this soundbar. I ended up returning it.

    They sale it to you because it’s supposed to make the TV so much louder but the TV sounds a lot better on its own I returned this product since it needed 3 other devices to achieve its “best performance”

    I have a 55" TCL TV and wanted just a modest improvement in sound, nothing earth shattering. After using for a weekend this is no better than the built-in speakers. Useless purchase.

    Bad Connection

    I just ordered this item 2 weeks ago. The sound bar is great but it doesn't connect correctly via Bluetooth. It keeps disconnecting from my phone. Other than that great product.

    You can not put before TCL TV

    When placed before the TCL TV, it blocks the infrared sensor and it is very inconvenient. Also, the USB devices do not play music. I don't know why they are there.

      Hi Pingala,

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. If you are having trouble with your TV IR reading the remote try placing the provided IR-pass-through cable next to the IR sensor of the TV. Then connect the jack-end to IR-pass-through port on the soundbar. This will allow you to completely hide the TV sensor with the soundbar from line of sight of your TV remote while allowing you to control the TV still. Hope this helps!

    Sound bar is OK but does not sound as good as other reviewers say. Biggest issue is with BB support. I bought open box with curbside where they just put it in the trunk and I drove off. Got home and the item was not in describe condition and flat out did not work. Hours with support on the phone and eventually got it replaced by going into the store, the whole thing I was trying to avoid during COVID. At least the dude with the rooster crowing in the background was cool.

    Don't waste your money!

    I have a Samsung 55" 3D 240Hz TV and one of my grandkids cranked up the volume too loud for too long and now I have a "blown" speaker. Purchased this soundbar on 08-16-2020. Taking it back on 08-22-2020. Sounds like a tin can! It has 3 modes for sound types and none of them make a difference. I have a cheap Vizio soundbar for the TV in my garage and this thing doesn't even compair! Has absolutely NO bass. Voice sounds like its muffled. Going with the POLK S2.

    Terrible audio quality, big clunky design. I returned it after a week and paid $50 for a better quality brand. Couldn’t be happier.
