In general is a good looking and strong case. The only thing that I'm not really happy about is that is that your phone is so protected that you can not hear very well and I literally have to put it on speaker to be able to talk directly in to the microphone so I can be heard.

This case was not the best. It made it very difficult to hear. Stick with life proof cases

The case tends to break open when dropped and the ringer knob broke off super easily.

Like the case however is muffling of speaker for music and others have difficulty hearing during phone conversations.

I purchased this product thinking it would be made well since it looked good and it wasn't cheap! However it broke the first time the phone was placed in it at the charging port, and I am very careful in that area because I know that is a sensitive area. I looked at how this case is made in this area though and it is doomed to fail!

The sides will not fasten. Beautiful case overall, but returning.

Great case. Very protective. Soft rounded corners and feel. Only difficulty is the mic has difficulty picking up on both speaker and phone mode so without headphones it can be hard to hear me speak.

Not a fan never connected right and felt cheap to the touch

My daughter dropped it from her pocket and the switch that controls the vibrate/sound control broke inside the case. So she has to open the case to turn sound off now so she doesn't use the case and is looking for another brand. It didn't live up to its rating.

It is a well crafted case and the performance is as I would expect. I'm just wondering if the price point might be a little high. We know the mark-up on accessories is extreme.

I usually don't have a problem with the cases from Tech 21 but I had only had the case a month and the opening for the charging port already broke off. So it's no longer waterproof. It does have a limited warranty but I'm not sure it's covered for that.

The case is great once you get it on the phone. I have found that when I talk the messages are garbled. I also have a hard time hearing others even with the volume turned up.

Very difficult to put on iphone 7 Plus! I watched the video and worked on it for several hours, but even when I thought it was on properly it leaked water during the trial. So I returned it to Best Buy, and got the Life Proof which was less expensive!

The clasp broke within the first 3 days of me having it. Also its not very waterproof because it does not stay together. I'm always snapping it back together. I contacted the manufacturer and they have yet to get back to me.

Was not satisfied with this product. The door tab where you plug in your phone to charge broke within 2 weeks of purchase. Thankful for Best Buy's return program, I returned the item and purchased a LifeProof Case instead!
