I thought this case was going to be an alternative to a LifeProof. I was wrong. The case was difficult to put on (and that's coming from someone used to the tight LifeProof cases). The design of the flap where you plug in the charger was very flimsy and looked like it was going to break just after just a few days of opening and closing it (remember that the phone jack on the iPhone 7 also has to go through that plug too, so you're going to be opening and closing that even more than before). I also didn't care for the see through back. I ended up returning the product and got a LifeProof instead.

I have troubles with the thumbprint identifier because the opening is not right. Also side buttons are difficult to push. Seems strong enough to protect phone

The case works great for water protection but the button piece that protects and covers where you charge phone broke off only a week after buying the case .

Got this as a lifeproof replacement as it looked thinner. The bottom broke within a couple of week with very little usage. Going to return and get a LifeProof

So I just bought my new iPhone and wanted to protect like I have all my previous phones. I saw this and thought it looked like it would be a nice light case, took it home and did all the 'pretesting' it suggests to do. But this case didn't even hold up for a week. I think it started failing on day 3. The case would open along the seams when you pushed in any of the buttons, the tab cover for charging started to tear on day 4. No, please if you value your phone, don't but this.

Daughter was leaving for Costa Rica so we dropped in to grab a waterproof case. We didn't read reviews (big mistake) but didnask a salesperson. She said "everyone has been buying these lately." Maybe so, but I'm guessing, like me, returning. Case would not even go on the phone properly. We promptly returned when she got back. Go with a Lifeproof. More expensive, but you all know the saying.......

The case is not that great of quality and it has already broken.

Phone case slides on face of phone on the right when power button is used. Latch that covers power access will not close. Best Buy would not exchange case under one month of purchase. The problems with case leave the phone vulnerable to water and it's supposed to be a water proof case. Best Buy should have honored purchase for exchange for 30 days

Case looked good but had trouble hearing callers and callers complained about hearing me

- The door that goes over the lightning port broke in less than a day (it won't stay closed), but before that happened... - People I talk to (call) say that it sounds like I'm 10 feet away from my phone when the phone is right on my face. - Then they would say that they hear about every 3rd word I say. - There's real bad echo when I then move to speaker-phone-mode. - Installed the case 5 times, trying to get the mute function to work. Can't get it to work (and I'm a mechanical engineering by training!) - Case sometimes "pops open" when I press the power button. Worth an exchange? No, because there's about 5 things broken - I'm not convinced that a new one will fix all of these things.

Picked this case for great reviews and protection for my phone-- initially happy with case until it was dropped from three bleachers into gym floor where the case popped off and caused damage where it would not snap back together- it was left with one side of case not flush together

Pros 1. Case is light weight Cons Speaker and microphone are covered so need to search for headphones while talking, listening... Charger port cover is low quality and it broke easily from the case. Lock over the vibration/ringer butto is the worst

I've only had this case for 6 days and it is already starting to fall apart. I was excited to have a case to really protect the phone from water, but since I'm seeing damage in less than a week, I doubt it will withstand real issues. I will be returning this for a different case.

needed a protective case that was water proof. I found this case on sale at half the normal retail price. It had all the features I was looking for.

Bought as a gift for my boyfriend and ended up returning it. His average sized thumb couldn't fit in the space for the finger print to unlock the phone.

Does what it's meant to do. Very hard to hear the speaker. I don't think you can have one without the other

Worst case I've ever owned. Unable to have conversations because of case's ability to muffle voices.

Great protection, but hard to hear when on speaker phone mode. Recommend only if someone doesn't care about speaker phone mode operation.
