Reception going out of phone is muddled. No one can understand a word I say. Using phone with no problem without case. Total waste of money. Do not buy. Sitting unused.

I liked it at first but it has not lasted as Long as I'd hoped. The front falls off and now I've lost my license that I kept in there.

This case and the magnets in the screen protector made the phone act weird and the circle home button wouldn't always work properly.

Product is bulkier than I expected for the minimal amount of storage. Not really practical to use as a wallet.

For the price there are better reliable cases. Less than a month old and the clip has broken.

Bought this case d the power button did not align properly very disappointed

I bought this case and it's really a great case! I didn't know this but you can detach the wallet flap and make it a regular case which is great. The only thing is the one I bought was deffective. The power button key is very sensitive. When I would pull the phone out of my pocket the 'power off' screen would be on because it would push while in my pocket. I returned it and plan on getting another one but they are not in stock. Hopefully they are not all like that because it's such a great case.

Worked very good for two weeks, until the snap that closes the case broke completely off. Could hold 3 cards max, and appeared to protect the phone good. I returned It to BB though after the snap broke off.

In theory, this is the ideal phone wallet if you want convenience and easy access. Practically, it is a complete flop. The alignment of the case against the power button of the phone is so off that it causes the phone to either randomly want to shutdown or take pictures of my screen. So super ANNOYING and disappointing, because for the amount of $ I paid for this product, I expected better.

I love tech 21 and it is the go to brand for both my husband and I. BUT, this case was not great at all. The case was not working correctly with my side button and it kept trying to turn phone off and would also impede me from using my phone . Must be a design flaw. I wasn't impressed with the material either. Will be getting a tech21 case for my iPhone 7 plus, but the regular version.

My daughter loved the case and it works great for what she needs

This case is a step up from last years tech 21 envo case. Very thin and gives you the ability to have a wallet case or detach it and have a regular case very good quality.

This case looks nice, and protects my phone when it's in my purse. However, the bottom of the case covers the microphone so I am really muffled when speaking. The phone works fine when it's out of the case, so it's clearly the case that's the issue. Shame that I paid this much for something that's really useless.
