had one on my S4 since I bought that phone - Best case ever - Low profile but still enough meat on it to protect it from several rather big falls from over 4 ft. onto concrete, including a two year old throwing it about 8-10 ft. in the air and it face planting glass-side down without a nick on it.

This is a very smooth case with a sleek design. It is shock resistant and has bounced off tile and cement floors. It protects without being noticeable. Several guys that sold the phones said is was the one they purchased. I like the smooth, rubbery feel. It does not slip out of your hand easily. It comes in some nice colors. I don't like my case to really be noticeable, to the gray and orange looks great. I have never had a phone case that I liked better than this one. Recommended.

Really love this Tech 21 cell phone cover for Galaxy S5. Great feel in hand. Pliable rubber/plastic is light weight and mildly pliable. Sleek fit vs the Defender case my daughter purchased for same phone. Would definitely recommend!

I like this cover because it is not flashy, is easy to take on and off. It works well with my Samsung S5, and fits nicely in my purse or pocket.

this is by far the best cover Ive ownedd very thin see through for you could see the logo on the back of the phone. the only reason I mark this as a four on the value for price is because of the price.I purchased my s5 when it was first released and there were very few accessories available at the time.. This was one of the items I needed to protect my phone so I went ahead and purchased for full price. I'm sure that after a few weeks or months the price will come down.

I was slightly skeptical about this case, but I couldn't beat the price. I've been very pleasantly surprised by it. It's not a hard case, but it's not one of those gooey rubbery ones either - it's a nice medium, providing protection and ease of removal. It's also brighter than in the pictures. I've gotten a lot of complements on it.

Size is perfect and still has great protection for its slim design

I was looking for a phone case with a soft touch, that was clear, but provided good protection for the phone. The Tech 21 case is a decent price. The material is soft and flexible so it is easy to put on and take off the phone, provides a good grip so I don't drop the phone easily and is thick enough so there is good protection for the corners and back if I do drop the phone. The case wraps around the edge of the phone so the whole edge is protected as well as the phone face if it is dropped flat.The soft material does get a little too grippy when I carry the phone in the outside phone pocket of my purse. The upper edge of the slot is vinyl so the phone doesn't slide out easily, which is good so it won't accidentally slip out, but does get awkward if I need to reach for it quickly. I was looking for a totally clear case, but my only option in the store had a bright orange trim on the edge. The photo online is very misleading. Otherwise, I really like the case. For functionality, I can recommend this case, but I wish I could find one that is totally clear or only slightly tinted without the weird day glo orange trim.

I was shopping around Best Buy for about an hour looking at cases and prices. The Tech21 Tactical case has the slim and non-flashy look I was going for. Also, it has great protection for my S5. I've dropped it a few times already, and not a single issue. Recommended!

This case is terrific.... protection with a bit of style!! Perfect fit, all ports line up, has a slight grip/no-slip feel. Best of all it's sleek, not bulky.

This case has protected my phone from several drops, some from over 10'. Its slim not bulky(I have a Nite Ize, and doesn't stick in my pocket like some others. Overall its the best cover I have ever had for my phone.

Slim design but awesome protection. I first got the case in clear for my GS5 (black), but I returned it and got the gray/smokey one. Since the GS5 is a big phone I didn't want a bulky case, and I knew about the company because I had the same case for my iPhone 5 and was NOT bulky.

I'm hard on my phone and constantly dropping it. This case is light weight but provides maximum protection. It has saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs and replacements.

This case fits well on our Samsung Galaxy S5 phones. Got one in black and one in Blue, no they aren't exciting or flashy but it does what it's supposed to. It doesn't hamper accessing the plug in at that bottom nor anywhere else. Since it fits well and works to protect the phone what more can you say?

This cover was very easy to put on, and is very thin and soft. I don't have to worry about the phone slipping out of my hand. Great purchase

The Samsung Galaxy s5, like most phones, is a bit slippery in the hand. This case provides a good grip, and adds almost no extra bulk. The fit and finish is great, and all phone buttons, camera and earphone openings, and charger port work like there is no case there at all. It is also the nicest looking case I've found.

The case fits nice and does a great job of protecting the phone. I've dropped it twice and the case did its job. It keeps the profile slim and easy to put in a pocket. The price is a joke. I got a Cruzer case for my Motorola Droid Razr that is almost identical, and it was less than 1/3 the price of this case. It's still better than paying the cost and dealing with the inconvenience of breaking your phone.

I bought this case to replace another case logic brand case that broke. This case is much lighter and so far holding up protecting my cell.

The materials are not bulky (as opposed to my old otter box) but still thick enough that my phone has escaped damage on a couple pretty risky drops getting out of my car in parking lots. The only downside is the case is a bit loose and does not completely cover both sides unless it is shoved back on. This has gotten better the longer I have left my cover on (took it on and off a lot to fix a bad microSD card) but the gap on the sides is barely noticeable. Good feel when it's in my hand. Almost tacky or grippy as opposed to gummy.

This case is great when you keep your S5 in your dress slacks pocket...not bulky and moves in your pocket when it needs too.
