What a delightful movie. Interestingly, Tom Hanks wrote it and is not the main character. It's set in the 60s. The story is about a 'garage band' that makes a hit record. Really enjoyable from beginning to end!

Great price for the extended Blu-Ray version of this movie. Bought it via curbside pick-up (which worked very well) during the early days of the Covid shutdown.

Seriously. What a great movie from beginning to end. Tom Hanks doesn't direct much but he hit the nail on the head with this one. The songs are fun. The acting meshes well. It's a a feel good movie all around and worth having.

Fabulous film in all aspects, supremely entertaining. As good and accurate a film you will see depicting a slice of life, time and place. Tom Hanks as Director shines.

This movie is fantastic in every sense of the word. I bought the blu ray and I can't comment on video quality because I watched it awhile back. I can't exactly remember the special features offered but there was some extra footage.

That Thing You Do has been a favorite since it came out in the late '90s. The music is good. It's like VH-1's Behind The Music in the 1960s. The retrospective cast reunion was the best special feature. There are some familiar faces from this film that you'll recognize (Furiosa!!!) from today's blockbusters.

Tom Hanks wrote and directed this fun mid 90’s comedy about a band with a one hit wonder and all of the highs and lows they experience together. Great cast, great movie!

Tom Hanks directed film about the 1960's rock & pop music era. Theron and Tyler had great performances in their respective roles. Highly recommend this movie for those who enjoy a great comedy and great music.

I really enjoyed this movie growing up. I'm not even really much for movies involving singing or music but this one is an exception . A great cast and great direction in the movie. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fun movie, just skip the ugly extras. This was a fun film as it was released to the public in the theaters. But the extras make Tom Hanks into a very ugly person, and a sexual predator. Skip those.

Love this movie! Great cast, great music, great story. What's not to love about it? Had to buy it when I couldn't find it on netflix, and really wanted to watch it. Can't wait to watch all the bonus features.

One of my favorite 90s flicks, and one of my favorite flicks overall. Good to have both versions of the movie in HD.

Love the music and acting in this film. It's another great Tom Hanks film but for us he wasn't the only star! Everyone did a great job.

This version is so much better. 2 1/2 hours long. Lots of extra scenes. I love this longer version. Plus it comes with the theatrical version.

This movie is reminiscent of how The Beatles Rose to stardom in some ways. Tom Hanks gets it right in his director debut and his take on Brian Epstein is spot on. Songs are catchy too.

I watch this movie at the theaters when it first came out and loved it. I had not seen it since. So I was surprised to see it at Best Buy on Blu-ray! I love this movie great movie.

So happy that I could purchase this through best buy inshore blue-ray. It can be quite hard to find older movies on blu-ray so far and best buy has offered a number of great selections.
