    I'll give La Llarona this: it's a lot better than THE NUN. The Conjuring franchise has given us some really good movies, but as far as its spinoffs go, it's been a completely different story. La Llarona isn't terrible, but it's not great either. It's watchable at least, with a couple good scares.

    An unfortunate entry in the Conjuring Universe that does a disservice to the Mexican Legend. The Curse of La Llorona is a lackluster film with no scares and a terrible ghost design. Not to mention all the issues it has with it's portrayal of the Mexican culture and it's people.

    I have never heard of this Mexican folk tale. Great story and very true folk tale. I asked my Mexican friend at work and he was very familiar with it.

    Another great horror flick related to the annabell film series. I forget where it sits in the timeline but it was good if you like these types of movies
