This game has some good characters/actors and a decent story. It is a similar style of game compared to until dawn. I think man of medan is not too bad, with pretty good dialogue, but maybe not as good, well-written, and scary as until dawn. There are different scenarios for saving people, and making tough decisions to determine the fate of your heroes!

If you love Until Dawn, you will love this game. It won't be as good as Until Dawn but it is fun. Choices do matter so choose it wisely.

I like horror themed games so I thought I would pick this one up. You do a lot of wandering around, checking highlighted objects. The story and characters are fine, just not a top tier game. The choices you make will determine who will survive. The game is worth playing through a couple times. I enjoyed it enough to pick the next one up.

Entertaining if you enjoyed Until Dawn and not satisfied with Tell Tale Games. Would like to see more of this type (girlfriend lacks video game skill and these are a game she enjoys), not much manual dexterity, but quick time events and precise movements with added jump scares. Reminds me of chose your own adventure books with the added bonus of perma friend death.

Although not as great of a plot as the first game Until Dawn which is also part of the same anthology, this time you find yourself dealing with sunken ship story and sea pirates. The suspense is still present on this one and new mechanic introduced allows you to play co-op with another player and share decisions.

If you liked this studio's other games, Until Dawn and Hidden Agenda, you'll love this game. EXTREMELY story-based, more like watching a movie than playing a game at some points. You get to make crucial decisions for the characters (modeled after real-life actors) and the decisions have ripple effects for the rest of the game. Do you keep everyone alive or have them all die gruesome deaths?

Interesting game! Love the graphics! The story is really compelling.

First of let my say that this game is developed by the same studio that made Until Dawn. Until dawn is a fantastic choice based horror game that I would give a 5 star rating. This game, although newer, just falls short for me in terms of how well Until Dawn was. This game is about half the length and graphically and mechanically worse than it’s predecessor. Not saying that this game is bad but I expecting more from this game. Another thing I am not fond of was the frame rate. For a game that requires hitting precise, quick time events, you would think the game would run smooth enough to be able to do so. At times the game would stutter and I would be hit with a QTE that I wouldn’t have time to react to. Giving it a 4 stars because overall my experience was enjoyable. I’m hoping with the future games that these issues can be approved upon.

Keeps you interested, good story line. Replayable

I gave it a 4 only because it's beatable in one day, but it's pretty intense and I like that 5 people can play with sharing the same controller. I'd recommend it if you want a family game and enjoy being frightened.

I’ve always took an interest in game that play through like movies. This game added the feature to make it a friends game night really adds replay value since other can influence characters and outcomes.

My wife really enjoyed Until Dawn. I downloaded the demo of this and she wanted to finish the game so it's an early Christmas gift. Well worth it especially aince it was just on sale for$15.99

This spiritual successor to Until Dawn retains that same feeling and frantic fun of the previous game. Great story, dialogue and graphics. Fun as a party game. My son and I like to control certain characters and let our decisions fall where they lie. Great game!

Great game to play with group or at a party. Lost of different outcomes and scenarios making for a lot of replay value. Seems like a pretty good start for the dark pictures series.

This is more of a choose-your-own-adventure title than a literal game. The graphics are good and the voice acting is just as it needs to be. Play through was fun and if you're into this type of title, this one is worth a look.

this is a interesting and involved game from the creators of Until Dawn, between the two i would still go with until dawn but its definitely a fine game worth playing.
