This game is from the creators of Until Dawn. While not as great, its still a good game for a single playthrough and it is based on a real life event that happened (although highly fictionalized in the game). It was an enjoyable experience.

I enjoyed the horror story here, developed by team that did Until Dawn. I was surprised to see where some of my actions led. I know it's not a full-price game, but I still would have liked the story to last a little longer, I finished in about 3 hours.

If you like Heavy Rain, Until Dawn, etc., then this is exactly that kind of game. It's not quite as long as those, but it isn't SHORT, either. And, the branching story and choices lends to serious replay value. At the budget price point, this is a great value and a fun game.

This is the same company that made Until Dawn, which is one of the best games in recent memory. This game has the same style of gameplay/storytelling, and while it's not as good as UD, it's still an enjoyable experience.

Great story and gameplay. Starts slow, but that's okay to develop gameplay and story. Got it during Black Friday for half off and can't really beat that. Luckily it's a solid game.

This game isn't complicated and has easy controls. It has great storytelling and is a blast so far. Can be played with a group of friends couch co-op or online together for the best experience in my opinion. Multiple endings and different ways to play the game.

Man of Medan is a great one player story driven game. The same studio that made Until Dawn a great game that mixes player choices with suspense and horror. Every choice you make effect the other characters in the game so chose wisely.

I love the great graphics that this game has. It is full of suspense and is scary at times. It's a great game to add to your game collection.

Love this game almost perfect great story walking controls little funky but don’t ruin game. Definitely recommend for you to get.

So for those of you that don't know, the Dark Pictures games are made by the same team that made "Until Dawn", which was the best horror game of this past generation in my opinion. This game is in that vein, with a few nods to games by Quantic Dream, meaning these games can come off as interactive movies at times which I adore, but doesn't always sit right with everyone. This is the first game in what will ultimately be a three-part series.

Love this style of games. It is a horror game with many outcomes and choices to make.

Nothing will ever be as amazing as until Dawn, but this has come close. Since it’s by the same creators and has the same premise to it, it’s still amazing. But if you haven’t played “make your own choice” games before, do Until Dawn and then play this one. Can’t wait to see what the next game is from this company, this style game has been my favorite.

To sum it up shortly, this game is basically a walking simulator. But it’s a darn good looking one! Sometimes, you’ll actually forget your playing a game because it can look so photorealistic in the right lighting. Throw in a few jump scares here and there but nothing that’ll chill you to the bone and it’s an overall decent game.

I bought this game because one of my friends told me to buy. Nice story it’s fun to play.

Pretty good interactive movie game to play with friends

This game is different then most games I've played. Time button pushing and decision making. It's fun with a few jump scares. Playing online adds a whole different experience.

The movie style of this game looks great, however the game play is just ok. I've only played in the solo mode, but this was a very short game. Play only lasted a total of around 3 - 4 hours, with most of that time spent watching the story, and interacting very little. If you can get this for a good price, I would recommend, but if you're looking for a game that will keep you active and engaged for a long period of time, you may want to pass on this one.

I love the "choose your own adventure" style of story telling, and I really love the "what if" scenario, and this game lets me experience both! Bonus points for having multiplayer option and being able to kill my friends!!

Watched my son play this game all the way through. Cool experience in single player and I can only imagine how much better it would be in multiplayer. Only thing was the game was very short. Cool experience nonetheless.
