It's ok! I liked the movie just was a little disappointed on the cliffhanger especially since there will not be a part 2.

This film is average a great idea and story that wasn't done justice but still enjoyable for fans of xmen like films.

This should’ve been a Netflix movie. I’d wait until it goes on sale.

I love this movie so much I couldn’t wait to grab a copy of it. I saw it in theaters and I hated how poorly it did st the box office. No one gave it a chance and I wish they would have this franchise could’ve been the next hunger games but people are too stubborn to give anything a chance because of bad reviewers. Y’all want a hit franchise ? Go support new movies and don’t listen to people who say it’s bad. We aren’t going to get another Harry Potter or twilight phenomenal movie around until we give something else a chance to become big. It’s time for something new please go support movies if you want a proper yearly movie release.

I had wanted to see this movie out of curiosity but didn't want to pay full price. Got it on cyber Monday for a great price. Not a bad movie. Not great, but not terrible. Another attempt to launch a YA franchise. Some fun features on the blu-ray. Comes with a digital download of the film.

Similar story line to these kinds of movies but my family enjoyed it. Digital conversion was a breeze.

disease, virus, no one really knew, the real cause, of it. Why or why nearly and half of population died, that wasn't the problem is was the ones that survived , both adults and children are having problems, several years later it is slowly going to semi normal sorta, as normal as when it happen

Got this movie for my 14 y.o. He enjoys have both the disc and digital version.

More a kid show than other films this category, but has still good story line.

This film was entertaining enough for another futuristic teenage survival flick. The plot developed in an engaging way and the adventure unfolded entertainingly. My problem with this effort was how it ended. it basically just stopped and then ran a series of scenes yet to come, like the preview of next week's episode -- only there won't be another episode next week. This is a movie. It's also a movie that did not do memorable box office success, so there is probably not going to be a DARKEST MINDS II next year, either. But hey it was worth the Best Buy Black Friday unbelievable price offer. I don't regret the purchase. Had a fine time with this one.

the movie never explains how the kids got the powers to begin with

In the future, people start to develop powers and the government wants to control it. But so do others. It's a story about a girl and her newly found friends trying to survive. A good story.

I didnt like the movie @all.I t was not what I liked

I have not read the book(s?) but know a few people who have and my understanding is this follows better than some other book to movie adaptions lately. Liked the story and special effects were good, hope for a sequel

I purchased this at Black Friday pricing to simply own it. My daughter had seen during the theatrical release, and was excited to have her mother and I see this with her. It is fine, just not a blockbuster.
