It is not the original movie. It has been edited. The motel scene was butchered along with a couple other kill scenes.. I bought it for the ORIGINAL VERSION!! Not the watered down Snowflake version. If I buy Holloween1 will it be edited too??

Great sequel!

This highly anticipated sequel did not disappoint! My wife and I loved it just as much as House of 1000 Corpses, great follow-up! I can't speak for everyone, as it seems, many people didn't like House of 1000 Corpses. Personally, my wife and I can't figure out why, as everyone we know liked it just as much as we need. I've given up on trying understand people and what they expect out of a horror movie. I've read reviews where people just ripped these two movies apart. I just think that these people don't like horror movies period! If you don't like horror movies, don't watch them and give them bad reviews. However, for those of you like my wife and I who love and respect horror movies (and/or Rob Zombie), you'll love these great films. They have great story lines, great acting, and of course, great directing. And if you haven't seen it yet, Rob Zombie's version of Halloween is fantastic! Better than the first, in my opinion. (No disrespect towards Jon Carpenter and his version, as it was great in it's own right.) I highly recommend Devil's Rejects as well as House of 1000 Corpses!

After House of 1000 Corpses I wasn't looking forward to this one too much but upon seeing the previews I thought it might be interesting and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I actually enjoyed this movie. The annoying tendencies most of the characters had in House of 1000 Corpses were toned down in this one and there actually seemed to be a story here. It actually made the first one worth it, for me.

Ignore the other review for this film. This film was an awesome throwback to classic horror/slasher films from the late 70's. Every single frame of the film shows a keen eye for detail and a wicked sense of humor. I cannot recommend this film any higher. It is one of my all time favorite films!

I'm not one of those people who go around talking about how Rob Zombie is a creative genius, personally I think that Rob Zombie's movies aren't that great. I've never liked focusing on the bad guy as if they're the protagonist, however this film is really good. It will keep you entertained from start to finish. The directing style is original and the story line is incredible. Easily the best Rob Zombie movie out there and the only one worth buying in my opinion.

This movie was great. You all know the storyline by reading the synopsis part. Superb dialogue, excellent acting, and a good amount of gore. You will start too feel for the bad guys in this movie. Sid haig is amazing as Capt. Spaulding, Bill Moseley is amazing as Otis, and Rob Zombie just flat out does it again. Amazing!!!

Rob Zombie's sequel to House of 1000 Corpses blew it out of the water. Great characters, pretty decent plot (for a horror movie) and the soundtrack rocks. FREE BIRD!!! The PQ could have looked better for a Bluray however Rob Zombie wanted a 70's feel so I am sure it was left grainy intentionally. Almost felt like I was sitting at a drive in watching it. Lots of violence and gore so put the kiddies to bed before popping it in. If this is your cup of tea, definitely buy it!

This movie is much better than the 1st. All of the characters had great performances. The music and songs were wise choices and make this movie so much better. so many good movies have less than adequate endings, not the case here. It just doesn't get any better than Freebird and a hail of bullets. I am really very surprised to find so many negative reviews on this movie. It's very entertaining, give it a ganders.

Weak hearted be caution. Cool movie see the the first installment, House of 1000 corpse. This movie is well worth more that $9.99 but don't pay more than $19.99 for it. If your a Zombie fan, need i say more. For new comers must have for an horror flick freak and great addition to your Halloween collection.

This is one of the best horror movies to come out of the 2000's and we are lucky to have gotten such a great Blu-ray release of it. The transfer looks fantastic and should be a must for every persons collection.
