Felt just like the theatre and even though I don't have Atmos Dolby I found the sound to be perfection creating an in the room experience with my 5.1 Yamaha Sound system. The 3D was phenomenal on my LG tv and of course the story was action packed and suspenseful a good addition to my collection.

My review of Insurgent is the second part of a 4 part series in which I felt was very good movie as the first part Divergent. Has good action in it an very good story line that keeps you interested. However, it could have used more action for me. But if you like Sci-Fi movie you like this one.

The movie begins with the characters on the run and on the wanted list. Starts of slow and a little confusing. After the peaceful faction, everything began to fall in place and the plan was clear. It turned out great as an all out war, but left wondering if there will be a trilogy due to the ending.

I got this for the 3D version. It’s a good finish to the series. Too bad 3D didn’t sell the way it should have. It looks great on a large screen.

Divergent was an action packed movie, which left the viewer wanting more, especially with the cliff hanger. The follow up movie "Insurgent" did not disappoint me. It was exciting and action packed, but a bit predictable with the scenes with the "box." But all and all, a movie worth watching.

This movie is just as good as the first one. Never read the books, but the movies are lots of fun! Looking forward to the last installment in this series! Had some Reward Points and so, along with the Best Buy Sale Price, I got the DVD at a BARGAIN PRICE!! It was a gift for my daughter. :)

If you enjoyed the movie you will really enjoy the 3D version. I watched with a few people that are not 3D fans and they said they liked it (rendering was done well and didn't bother the older generation that seem to dislike the "3d craze"). Also, the price at Best Buy is great (very affordable).

I actually enjoyed this more than the hunger games movies. Maybe those ones were just too hyped up but for whatever reason this series is more palatable. I'm hearing not so good things about the 3rd (Allegiant) so I hope it doesn't fall apart for me when that one comes to blu-ray.

I applaud Lionsgate for getting more 4k titles, though the Divergent series isn't a must have. But I'm glad it comes with 3d audio, and a solid transfer. Lionsgate as a studio has been really consistent, especially lately with titles like Power Rangers and John Wick 2

Typically movies aren't as good as the book they are based on. And no, the movie isn't 100% book material. However, like Divergent, Insurgent is true to the style, central and auxiliary plots, while casting and character development do not disappoint and work with the VFX eye candy.

The movie is solid, with plenty of action and quiet moments, each. The set also does something that most major releases (I'm looking at you, Disney and Marvel) don't: it doesn't skimp on the supplementals. For a steelbook, 3D and 2D BD, DVD, UV, and all the features, this is a steal.

A lot of people are down on this movie, compared to the original but I thought it was quite good. I can't stand how she cut her hair, but for some reason that part is in the book. I'm sure it's a lousy metaphor, but I think the book and the movie could have done without it.

This is the second movie in the Divergent series. A lot of people I know compare this series to the Twilight Saga and it is so much better. This is coming from someone who enjoyed that saga. Good action and good build up for the 3rd and 4th films. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I fell in love with Divergent, but I thought Insurgent was even better! This movie is action-packed with non-stop visually stimulating adventure. You will want to watch this movie over and over! The Best Buy Steelbook rocks! It looks amazing! Highly recommended purchase!

Not quite as good as the first one but I love Tris & Four. Both are great actors & the action in the movie is excellent. The new characters introduced are interesting. I liked watching the special features that explained how they used actual Chicago footage in the movie.

I felt the movie was better than the first one. Characters were believable and the story-line was very well done. The level of action and the introduction of scenes were very well done. A sequel worth watching.

Very pleased with how this series is playing out. The books are very detailed and sometimes hard to follow with so many storylines going in different directions, but the movies are staying true to the books for the most part. Hats off to the screenwriters and directors!

Id recommend this movie, loved it! Lots of action, Robert Schwentke works hard on his movies and this one payed off with 2 awards and 7 nominations. I liked this movie so much i bought this edition which comes with 3 ways of watching it in the best quality.

If you loved Divergent; then you will certainly love Insurgent. Tris is coming into herself as a young woman and a divergent in this one, she poses a big threat and this makes a lot of people uncomfortable. Action is amazing, This young lady has great acting chops!!

Like the books and the first movie. This second movie combines the second and parts to the 3rd book to keep the excitement. Unfortunately I am worried that the last movie will alter the ending from the book ending. If you have read the books you should like this movie.
