The Game did an amazing job with both albums the Documentary 2 and 2.5. Both projects are riddled with features but they are at least good ones. I thoroughly enjoyed the songs "Magnus Carlsen", "Last Time you seen", "The Ghetto", and "Like Father Like Son 2". He works with artists of high caliber like Busta Rhymes, Nas and Scarface. The contributing verses are beyond dope. I feel like he focuses too much on the gang life in Compton, but he at least provides balance on the album with different topics. This one of the best Hip Hop albums I purchased this year.

This album pays homage to the classic west coast sound that made the west popular. Great guest features on both disc. The Game really expanded his skill set lyric wise with nice thumping tracks with throw back skits making it a double disc worthy of a listen. Better than the original Documentary!

A worthy edition to his discography. A great CD full of gangsta hit. The reason for the 4 stars is he put a little more time into the 2 disc I think because it does have a few better beats and he uses his collaborators a bit more. All and all still a solid buy.

The Game does a great job of balancing consciousness and club tracks together on this album! You got the best of both worlds with that G-Funk bounce and slow melodic instrumentation. And the song "Like Father Like Son 2" about fatherhood is absolutely beautiful! Game did a great job with this one.

The Game dropped "Documentary 2.5" about 2 weeks after he dropped "Documentary 2" album. I consider both albums as a package even tho they was released seperately. 2.5 features Nas,Busta Rhymes,DJ Quik and much more.This a hip hop classic andi I recommend getting this CD asap!

I highly recommend this album to anyone who really likes Game and his style. I like this album much better than The Doc. 2.0! I ain't sayin' that's a bad album. This one is simply that much better!!! This album is much like Dre's "Compton" album. You killin' it Game!

Documentary 2.5 seems like the album Game wanted to make his proper sequel. West coast vibes and imagery make this project an absolute must have. Great body of work from one of the more underrated artists.

Great album. A bunch of solid tracks and a few I could do without. With all the different rap music being released these days, this is a breathe of fresh air. The West Coast is back thanks to The Game.

I bought the Doc. 2 first and was totally unsatisfied by the tracks. Took my chance on getting the Doc. 2.5 since I've been a Game fan fo so long and finally got what I was looking for. Good album.

If you like Documentary & Documentary 2 you NEED this. It follows the same line as the others which is rare. I appreciate this. You will not be sorry to add this to your collection.

This was a surprise to me. I had no idea this album was out until I purchased the documentary 2 and happened to see this on the shelf also. Solid album for being dropped on the same day.

for a 2.5 album, which probably is a collection of songs that didnt make the official documentary 2 album, it was worth purchasing. Good tracks.

great cd. its better than disc 1 in my opinion. not as many recycled beats and way more gangsta. im diggin it. the game brought his A game.

This is a great album. It has great production, lyrics and skits. It is a well thought out project from the game. It hits hard and loud. A definite buy for hip hop fans.

What I love about this cd is he put his heart in this you can feel it from the gate. The production is stellar!! The lyrics are dope!!! It's west coast all day!!!

Version 2.5 is as good as 2. The Game continues to tell you about his violent past and what he's had to do to try and escape it.

Weather a fan or like hip hop music this cd take you to LA and tell story of how they live with the newest and legends for there area a classic in the making

The Game put together one of the best double CDs I've heard in a while. Great beats, great guest appearances and the Game's glow is better than ever.

This is a great album. Beats are on point ...True west coast joints with a dope mesh of east coast flavor.. i think ithas classics on here both CDs

I just might like 2.5 better than 2. To me The Game is making a comeback. Wasn't a fan of the last couple albums.
