Tons of content to go through compared to some of the newer mmo-type console games, really fun and addicting. If you enjoyed Skyrim you will enjoy ESO unless very picky.

Elder Scrolls Online - Tamriel Unlimited may be the best open-world game to date on the X-Box platform. What makes this gaming experience unique is that one can create their own character by choosing from the multitude of options in game, then hone these skills as you progress in game. Once the actual story line begins, you then have the ability to continue the open world concept by specializing in the tasks and jobs you enjoy. Progression is at your own pace...do you want to speed through all the missions or take a leisurely strolls through the game, exploring every nook and cranny...it's all up to you!

Elder scrolls online was not quite what I was expecting, having played other Elder Scrolls games. It is a little less adventure oriented in that you can't go anywhere you want at anytime, however it is still a good game and once they fix all the bugs it has the potential of being a great game. If you like RPG's and MMO games this has a good balance and could be a good game for you.

The game seems to be just like Skyrim in the sense of graphics and feel. I expected it to be similar but not more smooth and jaw-dropping so that is partially my fault for the high expectations. It IS a fun game though, especially when you are playing with friends. It makes you live an alternate life as you explore a new world in a fantasy game filled with action and adventure.

I really REALLY wanted to play this game. I was a huge fan of Oblivion and Skyrim, and had played enough Morrowind, that I was looking forward to this game. As far as the graphics, gameplay, the detail in the lore, and the ability to play with friends online, I was pretty excited to give this game a try. And everything was great when I played it....except it's so very laggy at times. The biggest issue is choosing menu options, such as dialogue or interacting with items in the world. There is an almost 5 second delay sometimes between hitting the button and the intended action. It isn't my internet connection, as we have around 80 mbps (or are supposed to) and other online games/apps work fine. It also doesn't do it constantly, which is almost more annoying. I really wish this game didn't lag as much. I would love to play it.

If you're into MMORPGs, you'll have fun with this game. If you're looking for something like Skyrim, you'll be disappointed. There's a lot of work to be put into this game, and it's not going to be just like Skyrim (which I've seen and heard as a complaint from a lot of people). It's especially fun if you have a bunch of friends you can run through quests with.

The game is a great start to the series for those who have never played a game like it in the past. While most people were not as satisfied as they hoped to be, the game lacked the in depth and easy to follow world like gamers have seen in skyrim. Overall though the game is good for those who are fans of the series or want to try it for the first time.

This game did a fantastic job of bringing The Elder Scrolls into the world of online multiplayer play. There's virtually no load time, graphics are smooth and quick, though they can get repetitive and dense areas. The world is huge and seems endless to explore and improve your levels. A great game, even if your new to the Elder Scrolls bandwagon.

The game is great and if you are a fan of the other Elder Scrolls games it is more of the same. The problem for me is that I have to wait too long for the game to start and I also experienced a number of glitches. But with that being said, there is a huge amount of content and if you can get past the technical glitches it is well worth the money.

Okay most people know by now that Bethesda outsourced the Elderscrolls online to someone else to develop for online play. Bieng a huge fan of Skyrim I had to get ESO what I wasn't prepared for was the tediousness of the gameplay. Virtually none of the controls except maybe attack and jump mimic Skyrim and your interactive menus are laborious to say the least. While I still play this hoping to retrain my brain to the point of the controls becoming second nature I yearn to fire up the 360 and visit my good friend the Yarl of Dragonreach. I wonder if this game would be more enjoyable if the player has never played Skyrim, and while I ponder that i'll try to Remember which button calls my mount!.....I should mention that you have to use "Crowns" to purchase anything in the online store, and you will need to.Crowns are like credits and they cost real money kinda like shark cards in GTA online but it seems that the value isn't that great.

This game is awesome! I wasn't going to get it at first due to work, school, and a toddler but I ended up getting it anyways and this game is a lot like Skyrim but only a lot better. I haven't been able to put much time into it but from what I hear about it from all my friends who play and what I've seen so far it's definitely worth buying.

This is a great game. Fair warning though... If you are expecting Skyrim then maybe this isn't for you. However, if you enjoy the elder scrolls games this is definitely a game you should pick up. Now that it doesn't require monthly subscriptions it makes it worth the money even more. It's enjoyable and has a very nice world to explore.

graphics are great, smooth. like the adventureous spirit and the variable types of characters. I wish I could see the map as I travel and not have to click to a different screen, but it does make me pay more attention to the visual environment. I would enjoy this even more if I actually participated with a headset and mic...lol
