The special edition doesn't add a massive graphical overall like some may think. The facial and character animations are still close to the original, but the particle effects, lighting, and draw distance have seen a major increase. For Xbox one users, mod support is also a welcome addition and is very well implemented.

My son love the game so when I gave him the Xbox One for his birthday he just had to get the skyrim for it.

I love video games, and while 'shooter' games can be fun, and intense, I enjoy the open world games filled with adventure, treasure, intrigue, and sneakiness, among other things, like..., dragons, swords, seemingly endless caverns, and FUN. If you want to immerse yourself in adventure, try SKYRIM.

This is the same Skyrim, with all of the DLC include and with updated lighting and textures. Its still a blast and well worth re-visiting. This version also came with hat for some reason. I got the hat version because it was on clearance, and you can never have too many hats

So fun. Wish the steelbook had a better design but man the game is awesome and easy to play.

Skyrim remastered for XB1 and includes the DLC. The special edition has the original case, etc that comes with the regular game, plus a special steelbook to store the game in and includes a mask (granted, not the best quality, but still pretty cool nonetheless).

A classic! So happy they remastered for XboxOne! One of the only games where I actually bought the Soundtrack, limited edition and signed by the artists. Playing on the mountains, in the snow, fighting trolls, and dragons. Amazing.

If you are a fan of the series, or just diving in be prepared for a world like no other! You will find yourself hooked and spending hours and hours and hours into this game. It's so addictive, so much fun. This set includes a mask which is a nice touch!

I own the PC Version, with over 200 hours played! I still bought this version so I can play a nice clean, mods-and-patches-not-needed game! Looks and plays the same with no difference, same intensity. I'm even liking the controller now that Im used to it!

All the Elder Scrolls games are great. But adding mods on a console version has made a great game even better. If you have played Skyrim before, I suggest you try it with some of the excellent graphics mods to make it seem like a brand new game.

It was a wonderful game, fast challenging and well worth the money

Loved the first time I played through it and I'm pumped to be playing through it again on this gen. Should tide me over until ES6 comes out. If you get it for cheap it's worth upgrading. If you've never played it, what are you waiting for?!

For anyone who owns an Xbox One or PS4 this is the Skyrim you've been looking for it runs so much smoother than previous generations and looks like a mid to high-end PC the included Dragonborn Helm is amazing and very warm surprisingly

Only downside to this game is no online multiplayer is available. I'm sure with updates and future releases, this may be an option. Still a great game, according to my son. He hounded me for months to get this for him.

My son played this game on his old game console when the game first came out and now can't put it down with this new release for his new console. He has already hours in and plenty of game left with this open world game.

Whether you have played it before on xbox 360 or not it is definitely a game to get again! The expansions are great and graphically this game is amazing, but even better yet are the mods to make this game look even better!

I have played Skyrim on XBOX 360, PC and now XBOX One. Great addition, mods are easy to install and have not encountered any bugs.

This game is totally worth the extra money to get all the upgrades in the game package you get a metal case and a mask that was well worth the money. Great product

So excited to find this Best buy Exclusive Skyrim Edition and then to get it at sale price! Grandson will be so surprised to get a special edition! Thank you Best Buy for shipping so quickly. You never disappoint.

The game was sold out so I bought the bundle pack and I'm actually glad I did because the hat that comes with it is cool. I got it on black Friday so it was still less expensive than what the game normally cost.
