Great ending to an amazing career

To end Pink Floyd's career they choose to put out an almost entirely instrumental cd. Every song on the cd except the final track is done only the way Floyd can make instrumental music exceptional. The final track kind of reminds me of a lost track from the Division Bell. All in all a great ending of decades of amazing music.

Great album that close down the whole cycle of the greates band in Rock history. One of the bands that experimented with sound and always stay true to themselves thru all their struggle and in this album finalized the trip with a reminiscence of each one of their periods during the whole musical trip which is this set list, U can listen a bit of all their albums in it, great finale

It's nice to have some "new" music from Pink Floyd. Nearly all instrumental except for the last cut. Very relaxing to listen to and the first cut is really recorded quite low until it get's going. The vocal cut is sort of so so. Overall I'm happy with the CD.

The Floyd exit stage left with a memorable set of instrumental rock and ambient music featuring the keyboards of the late Richard Wright, as well as the superb drumming of Nick Mason. Naturally, though, it is the soaring guitar work from the incomparable David Gilmour that makes it so special. If this is it (and it likely is), then what a way to bow out!

Pink Floyd has such a presence throughout the world. This final album delivers for both old fans and new. Their endless talent and dedication to music will play on forever. I am saddened that this is the final offering from such an accomplished band, but we will have this and all of the prior efforts for all time and that will have to do. CD

This CD is the last album that can be produced with the death of Rick Wright. The album is almost entirely instrumental with one song featuring the "voice" of Stephen Hawking's (a carry over from "Keep Talking" on "The Division Bell"). If you enjoy the instrumental music portions on Pink Floyd album's, you will enjoy the "Endless River".

If you are someone that pretty much owns all of the Pink Floyd albums, then this is for you. Carries very much in the tradition of Pink Floyd post Roger Waters. Not unlike Momentary Lapse of Reason but closer to the style of Division Bell, which makes sense seeing that many of these sessions were recorded during the Division Bell tour.

I've listened to this all day since I bought it. Sure a few songs are on Pulse. The DVD that came with it is not so great. Was hoping for some kool promo type videos. Just video on Gilmores boat and studio doing recording. Probably, the last Pink Floyd album. Additionally, the vinyl double album is real kool too!

When I first started listening to Pink Floyd (many, many years ago) it was more for the instrumental parts of their songs than the vocals. This album lives up to that hype. I really like how Dave and Nick pulled together older recordings with Richard. Turn on Repeat, hit Play, and sit back and relax.

This very much sounds like The Division Bell and it should since these tracks were basically those left out of the album. I enjoyed the music but it is a bit different since it is primarily instrumental.

..from Pink Floyd....definitely on the celeberal side (persons living in Colorado and Washington have an edge up), but still can be very much enjoyed without out the extra enlightenment....

Almost completely instrumental, based on previous, The Division Bells record. Tribute to most underrated member, Rick Wright. The first song "Things Left Unsaid" described main idea of the album.
Put cd in the player, relax and enjoy.

Got Pink Floyd's new box set with the enhanced 5.1 surround sound mix. Excellent Album & the blu ray mix & extras are great. Prefer the enhanced blu ray 5.1 over regular album. Think the sound quality is far superior. Thanks Brian

The audio quality is outstanding, for Pink Floyd fans I might have called this the "Division Bell part Two" as much of this album came from the same era as the Division Bell, it is a great listening and great product.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my dad and he loved it even though it wasn't quite what he was expecting as far as the type of songs released. The box and extras included in this set were very nice as well.

This album is definitely not The Dark Side Of The Moon, or The Wall, but it is an appropriate way to bow out gracefully.

Although not as great as the early and mid-career Floyd, this IS classic Pink and a great tribute to a gifted musician and human being, Rick Wright. Fits right in to any Floyd collection.

I have loved Pink Floyd since 1973. David Gilmours guitar work and song writing is amazing. The late Richard Wrights keyboard/piano playing is excellent. A must for any Pink Floyd fan
