I thought this was a great movie, Denzel Washington is as good as ever in this one, lots of action, cool back story, great revenge movie.

This movie keeps you in suspence right from the start.The story line sets you up to believe his character is a real timid,mind your own business ,guy. Boy,did he prove that wrong! Exciting to watch and gets you rooting for the under dogs of the world.

Buying this was a no brainer. When I watched again, I was completely hooked. Denzel Washington knocks it out of the park!

Enjoyable movie. Watched it a few times already. Can't wait for the third movie.

Great first movie in a series, bummer no digital included, but still a great movie.

Its kind of like a Batman movie where you have a good guy acting like a vigilante and doing very violent actions.

Denzel Washington still has it !! I brought this DVD because it was on sale and thinking it was going to be an average movie; however, it turned out to be a very good movie. I am looking forward to The Equalizer 2 !!

Is it me or the past few Washington movies fell a little flat except for Flight? Well knowing that I had few expectations but I was surprised. The movie took awhile to set up the storyline but it did get better. Something good to watch on a slow day.

Good action packed movie with Denzel. Enjoyed all of the fight scenes. We saw this movie at the theater and have to purchase the Blu-Ray copy .

Densel Washington is great.Action sceans and fast with alot of blood and guts.the suspence is also very good,keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Denzel Washington plays a awesome role, as savior action hero. This is one of his better films you won’t regret purchase.

Denzel really was able to play a cool average working person while also being a killer for justice. I am positive a 2nd movie will be out soon!

yes this has been the movie Mr Washington should have done year after year its dark grimmey character puts this guy in a great action thriller
