Pretty good gaming quality and something different than i usually play which was nice for a change. And absolutely great graphics.

Falconeer is an artistic game from the art style of the rolling oceans to the music during flight. It has Skyward Sword Aerial Vibes as you take flight with your bird but that is where the comparisons stop. You select a pre generated character that looks rather ugly in contrast to the world you fly in. You then go on quests of flight, shooting down enemies, recharging in lighting storms and repeat to the next mission. Voice work throughout and prompts give you direction to go and story elements between missions you can select. I add again that it is artistic in instead of having a straight forward objective with a narrative, there are missions with voice overs to give you an a bit of background. Flying which is the bulk of the game felt good to ok and just trying to land at certain objectives became a hassle. I would watch a playthrough or two to see if this is something you would be interested in. For the price, I took the chance but its indy feel and style was not holding my attention.

Have you ever just wanted to fly away? Well, this is the game for you. All you do is fly around, but it is so peaceful. This game helped me get sober.

This is kind of reminiscent of the old shooter games of yesteryear like Crimson Skies, in a way. Fun and surprisingly engaging story. Nice graphics and decent voice acting.

Great price! Beautiful game with originality, aerial combat. Only downside is at times it does get a little monotonous. Overall, great game to play that is unlike the majority of games out there. Give it a try, I think most people will be pleasantly surprised!

What an amazing fun game. It’s a flight game with combat and amazing visuals. It makes you feel like you’re flying like a bird.

First I got this on sale for $20. Second, in two days I have gotten my money's worth out of this game and more. It has been a while since I had played an aerial combat game so I can't say if the dogfighting is up to par with other games but I do know the graphics looks great, the game play was fun and the frame rate on a series X is awesome. Any game like this can get repetitious but the realistic way the birds handle flight keeps this one pretty interesting.
