This is Friday The 13th meets Last Action Hero. It had some fun parts but really could have benefited from being rated R instead of PG-13 considering all the best 80's slashers are R. It wasn't a terrible watch but I'm glad I got it for cheap.

Hilarious. Clever. Heart warming and entertaining.

The movie was solid. Could have been better had they gone all the way. Making a R rated horror comedy like say the great Tucker and Dale vrs Evil. Instead we get a PG-13 which had potential for so much more.

The premise was great, but the outcome wasn't. I think it would've played better if they bumped up the horror aspect and gone for Rated R. Plus it was a little too sappy for my taste.

Fans of 80s slasher-horror movies, as well as those who enjoy Horror/Comedy crossovers will enjoy this movie. Surprising amount of originality in this film, especially the latter half.
