I hadn't seen the original in literally decades and was surprised at how well this classic held up. A very intelligent script for the time and this is the movie that propelled Vincent Price's career in a new direction. Also it launched the slew of "science gone wrong" movies through the 60's - after the atomic bomb test, when everyone thought radiation would cause mutants and giant insects! lol

I have always enjoyed watching this classic movie. Although it was produced a long time ago it still holds up by today's standards. The actors and director did a great job. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes classic science fiction movies.

On my last visit to my local Best Buy, I discovered they had the original movie “The Fly” in black and white! I love the older version like this. And Best Buy has it for only $5.99...Great!! And no waiting for it to be shipped as well. Thank you!!

the original "fly" is one of horror movie"s best. vincent price is outstanding as always. vincent price makes any horror flick real and genuine. anyone who enjoy"s shocking ending"s, this movie is for you.

The bin diving has been great of late at BB. I have the universal classic monster set and the Hammer Horror set. Both great. Vincent Price movie in blu ray for 5 bucks? Yes please. A great add to the collection.

Always loved old films, especially science fiction and was excited to to see "The Fly" on Blu-ray. Brought back fond memories of watching afternoon movies shown on local TV stations!

If you are a collector of film like i am. Then you know, that this is a must have for your collection. The original "THE FLY". WOW, we sure have came a very long way in special effects. But, you just can't be drawn in by the details and old classic era of these films..

Recall seeing movie in the past and wanted to see again since it was in the bargain bin! I was surprised it was not in B&W! It was a fun movie to watch! I especially liked watching the extras particularly on Vincent Price.

A horror story CAN be made to be intriguing and riveting from beginning to end without all the blood, gore, and sex. 5 stars easy!!

Crisp black & white.....The Fly (1958) Has become a classic horror film which spun a excellent remake with up dated technology.

Vincent price kills it in this original horror movie from the 50’s. Science gone bad makes for some vintage horror.

If you haven't seen this it's worth a watch. If and only if you appreciate movies. If all u watch is avengers and other boom boom movies , then u might want to pass

Cult classic old school horror when horror movies were not comedic like some of the ones today.

The Fly is nothing less than a classic and great movie back in its prime. I would reccomend this movie to anyone who loves classic horror with some science fiction in it.

This is just a staple that is demanded in every sci-fi collection of movies ! It stands for some of the best realistic scientific possibilities actually coming to life the way it might be , when i was a child i thought that it was a thing that would really happen in the near future . Its like they had that ability to transfer people through the air from one place to another all ready then decided to do a movie as to its possible flaws . And now days we are doing experiments with atoms and having some success , even looks like time travel effects are being seen like before the particle disappears from one spot its all ready where they wanted it to go ? Like being in two places at same time , boy we are going to see some great discoverys soon i think . And this movie was the start of a lot of whats happening now in reality !

Saw this movie for $5 and had to get it. Classic horror movie that I'll enjoy over and over.

Older movie ok had to use my mystery reward certificate that was only $5.00 on something so picked this great service in store. Mystery rewards a joke!
