Not the best movie story wise, but the picture and sound quality is really good. Worth a watch.

I thought the movie was good. This movie really shines in 4K with the colors very vibrant and the action sequences looking very nice. I would definitely recommend this movie to those who have a 4k tv and dvd player.

I really liked this film, the costumes were amazing. The special features stacked to the roof!Ok when I watch films I do so on a 180" movie theater screen with full 7.1 surround sound and the Buttkicker transducer system. This is not to Boast but to give an idea of the clarity that I rate both 4k and 1080p films. 1st off regardless if you are huge into 4k or still collect Blu-ray; I will add that with today's (Oppo) upscaling technology along with upscaling technology on theater projectors that the difference between Blu-ray & 4k is minimal. I will say that going over 180" that you will likely see a difference and recommend 4k for 150"+ screens. I found the film To be fun, enjoyable and the perfect film to drop in my popcorn film section!

I love watching this movie in the 4K format because there’s more clarity when viewing it and I would recommend it to anyone who loves this movie

My husband wanted to get this movie. I was surprised that I actually thought it was pretty good. Weird creatures not withstanding.

This movie is awesome. A great story about why the great wall of China was built. The visuals are breathtaking, and the story flows along well. A good movie for those who love a good battle.

First off, this was an OK movie. Second, the cinamtology, movie, and sound effects are amazing. If you have a 4K OLED, 4K projector, and a rocking sound system then check this movie out just for the Scenes on the great wall. The colors, flare, and sound track are worth the price of admission.

This movie was kinda disappointing but was entertaining. The 4K version brought out nice clarity and definition but was not the best I've seen.

Great 4k quality movie. Thought it wasn't going to be a good movie, but Matt Damon and Pablo Pasquel did great in this action packed thriller!

Overall it was a good movie. My wife liked the movie more that me. The movie has decent action and does keep you interested.

...and enjoyed this movie! Matt Damon is his usual awesome self. The film is fast-paced, engaging, and suspenseful. It kept me glued to the screen, anxious to see what would happen next. I also disagree that Matt Damon portrayed "a white guy saving the Chinese". In all fairness, he merely assisted the Chinese in saving themselves. After reading lackluster reviews about this film, I decided to rent it from Redbox. After viewing it, however, I purchased my own copy. It's well worth the $20 purchase price.

It is rare that I can NOT remember the end of a movie. This is one of those rare cases. I have watched this one over five times and I still cannot remember the ending. Perhaps it is because of the acrobatics. But more so because of the mechanics on display through out this video. During this time period the engineering that would have been required too make the wooden gears for the elevator or diving platforms was not only possible but very well designed and defined. I half expected the mechanics to be those from a different time. They were not. Everything worked well. This is a feast for your eyes and your imagination, Popcorn, Soda and maybe a friend to watch it with would be nice.

The movie looks beautiful. Matt Damon made the film work. The was not to my liking but but I like the 1st 2|3rds of the movie.

Saw this at the theater. I love this movie. So I bought the 4K bluray version. Really worth it. Comes with 2K bluray too and Digital HD code. So it's a no brainer. The asian girls are beautiful :)

Completely different than what I thought it was going to be. It turned out to be a good sci fi film with outstanding visuals. Great film

I've watched this movie 3 times since buying it and I'll watch it again. Lots of action, some fantasy that fits perfectly, and I especially love the drumming to signal various forms of combat.

This was an unexpected pleasure to view this selection I purchased. It had some of the best scenery of China and the Great Wall that is still a standing wonder of the world. The action in this movie was almost constant, and the actress and actors were well selected. As each one of them performed at their best. Especially noted: Jing Tian - Commander Lin, and Matt Damon - William. The two were well matched for their roles in this "Somewhat Epic," for the time period portrayed. It was one of the best movies I have purchased.
