They could've just made the first one and this one and called it good. A little cheesy but if you're a fan you can see past it. Great characters, nostalgic reminder of early cgi, entertaining at face value.

The movie itself deserves more than three stars, but the blu-ray transfer is horrible and bare bones. No scene selection or menu of any kind, and I'm still not sure if it looks better than it does on dvd. My advice is to wait for a better blu-ray version to be released.

Deborah Kara Unger Is the Highlight

Of all the 'Highlander' sequels, this third installment of the series is the best, unfortunately that's not saying a whole lot. The main problem that arises, just as it did in the previous sequel, is that nothing really flows properly or makes any sense when put into the context of the first film. The highlight of this film, and I mean it, is the stunningly gorgeous Deborah Kara Unger. Widescreen.

This movie did not keep my interest. It just didn't feel like it went anywhere.
