It's just the best movie after Lord of the rings. The scenes the view of the country the CGI characters even the main characters are great,everything was just great!! I love these kind of movies!!

Having purchases LOTR Extended Trilogy, this was a must and does not disappoint. The extended editions of the films are great and the appendices are very immersive. A must for all Hobbit / LOTR fans!

The Hobbit: Extended Edition trilogy on Blu Ray is a perfect set for fans. It's a cool looking set, in glorious blu ray and with an overwhelming amount of bonus features. For $60 bucks, it's a must.

It's nice to finally have the full editions of the movies. There are tons of special features. I grabbed this on sale and had a great time watching them in their extended form for the first time.

I love it. There is only one thing that I don’t like is that it only has 9 disks Afro the blue ray and 15 disks for the dvd extended editions.

my son and I watched all 3 movies, the extended content was awesome. It was almost like watching it for the first time all over again. Video quality was excellent.

More a prequel to LOTR than true to the book, but vet entertaining. And you haven't fully lived until your hear your 7 year old scream "give Thorin the arkenstone you stupid hobbit!". Magic.

These movies are well made. The price was right for the entire series. The Blu Ray quality is amazing. I highly recommend these movies to fans of Peter Jackson and Lord of the Rings.

Great addition to the library. Love it on Blue ray, the extra features are interesting to see how they came up with the imagery.

If you are a Lord of the Rings / Peter Jackson fan, you owe it to yourself to complete this collection. I love the case and all the special features. Many many hours of nerdy Tolkien bliss.

awesome pre lord of the rings trilogy!!! I watch this set one weekend at least a month and still not tired of watching it. Video and Audio are awesome so it will look great on your HD TV.
