I love Nancy Meyers and the topics she presents in her films and I believe this one is no exception to her other films in the past decade. Robert De Niro is funny and witty and very helpful in this movie! Love the picture and surround sound quality!

Love this movie. It really shows how the new modern idea that women can work and succeed and the troubles that go along with it. Along with how older employees are having to accept a lot of change with new technology. It's a very good film!

Purchased this item as a gift for a very good friend and we shared it he kept the DVD, I kept the Blue Ray, and my daughter received the digital copy - obliviously after he opened it. Perfect gift for one and several of us benefited from it...

DeNiro shines in a departure from his usual fare. A romantic friendship comedy. Charming and funny. The only false note is the minor character of the husband. Holds up to repeated viewings.

This movie does a super job of blending the values and changes that exist today in the business world. It weaves a couple of side plots, but very entertaining and the cast of actors is awesome. Great popcorn and sit back and enjoy show!

It was really a pleasure to watch this movie. There was a good story line, and the performances were well acted (what do you expect from De Niro and Hathaway??). This is a good Friday night movie to watch at home while sharing a bottle of wine.

A classic older actor and a classy young actress make a good combination in this movie. It portraits the notion that the older generation has some work ethics that the newer generation would benefit to learn. Great acting throughout the movie.

I had seen the previews and read all the good reviews of this movie and was very excited to see it. It did not disappoint! Very well written and acted by all players. A refreshing entry into the modern comedy with meaning and heart.

No one gets shot, blown up, or tortured. This is a good character study movie and the dynamics of interpersonal relationships between co-workers who become close friends.

I really enjoyed the way Robert Deniro and Anne Hathway played off each other in this movie. It was great to see two different generations respect each other and accept each others values! We all could learn from this story.

My fiancé wanted to see this movie so I bought it for us to watch. Good performances by Hathaway and De Niro. I liked it a lot more than I expected I would and she loved it.

For me this is one of those movies I can watch over and over and over again (The Proposal is another one). I loved the relationship between DeNiro and Hathaway; brought me to near tears many times. Very well-done film!

Another great Ann Hathaway film. It was a pleasure to watch with my fiance on our weekly movie date night. Funny, hip, cute, quirky, and a commentary on modern corporate life. Overall a good movie to enjoy on a nice evening.

This is, for all intensive purposes, a romantic comedy. It is very well made, and a great film overall. Hits high points of laughter and moments that'll make you experience "the feels" for the characters. Well done!
