I collect old movies so I had to add this one for my wife and Mom. They loved it and they do not make movies like this anymore!

Those that ever doubted the talent of Yul Brenner should watch this musical. No doubt his crowning achievement. Along with Deborah Kerr they create a fascinating pair in a movie that entertains at a high level. Great tunes like "getting to know you - getting to know all about you".

What can you say that has not already been said about this classic musical. It has great performances, songs, direction, and set design.

It's as good as I remember! Bought this for my mom for Christmas. A bit hard to find in store, but husband managed.

I have watched all versions of this movie over the years. I purchased this movie again to upgrade to blue-ray.

Movie is great unless you absolutely hate musical. VQ is pretty bad (everything else is good) so if you already have DVD, no need to upgrade. Of couse you've upgraded all your DVDs so might as well upgrade this one to keep consistency. But you've been warned. VQ sucks.

Great classic movie. It’s on Disney plus but I prefer to own the disc.

Yul Brenner is wonderful in this musical. The Rogers and Hammerstein music and lyrics make this a truly memorable musical.

This is a film that should transcend generations! The acting, dancing, singing, and writing of the screen play are superb!
