After seeing all the bad reviews I didn't expect much from this film, but I was pleasantly surprised. The story is actually pretty good and the special effects are top notch, though the acting is about as good as you expect it to be. I recommend this for a fun movie night.

I really love my Vin Diesel movies and while this one doesn’t disappoint, I just can’t give it a 5 star review. Maybe it’s the back story, maybe it’s the “now” presence, it just didn’t warrant a higher rating.

This movie isn't one of the best Vin Diesel films around. Granted we are used to seeing him in the Fast and Furious movies. It has a great story it just lags getting to it way to long. I saw it in theaters and got it in the bargain bin at my local Best Buy.

A gift for a friend and it was a good movie not your typical girls night movie. Vin Diesel .....Do you know what it is like to Live Forever.... this movie is across between mild horror and action...good movie.

I like Vin Diesel. He's good in the roles that he plays. This movie is no exception as long as you don't expect more than the kind of action movies he's known for. I'm pleased with my purchase especially in the 'limited steel book' edition that you can get right now.

I love this movie and had to find something else to buy as I had a gift certificate. The blue ray was only 7 or 8 on sale so I grabbed it. It's a good movie. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but I've enjoyed watching it on more than one occasion

Vin Diesel is a step away from flying to space with one of his chargers. But this film I consider a very underrated. It’s beautiful it’s kind of like Hantzel and Gretel, may be a one timer. but there’s something about this movie that’s Rewatchables and it’s really interesting.

Was this an Oscar contender? No. Was it still a fun popcorn movie? Absolutely. Don't let bad reviews from other sites dissuade you. This movie is nothing more or less than what it claims to be. If you like the fantasy genre, then you'll probably like this movie.

This is a fairly decent movie. Maybe not great, but it is atypical of the genre. The main character is based off one of Vin's D&D characters from back in the day. I think the story is very innovative and the movie flows well. Definitely happy I purchased it.

Good to see Vin Diesel do something a little different from his past work. The Fast and Furious franchise should be put on hiatus for a bit. If you love the super natural genre, with a really good story and excellent CG work, then this is the movie for you.

This is an awesome movie. Great action, storyline, and graphics. I would have given it 4 1/2 stars if the rating part allowed half stars. So many movies are either remakes or too predictable. However, this movie is neither, just a great ride start to finish.

The special effects were great and there was always something happening that you had to pay attention as the plot thickened. You try to figure out how you would react or handle the situation as you place yourself in as one of the acters/actresses.

This is one of the earlier 4K releases and is the one 4K movie I own that has difficulty with an HDMI handshake from time to time where playback may be at 1080P. If this happens just stop the movie and restart it then playback seems to resume at 4K. The DTS:X soundtrack is amazing in a 5.2.4 setup. I recommend this movie when you want to show off your home theater to your friends.

This was a pretty entertaining action silence fiction flick. The story is good, the action is pretty consistent throughout, lots of great actors and there is a nice plot twist at the end. Also has s cool cinematic look with the dark tones of New York.

I wasn't too sure about this movie but when I saw some cuts from it I decided to buy it because Best Buy had it on sale for a really good price. I have to say that I'm not sorry because it has a lot of action and the storyline is pretty good too.

I enjoyed this movie more than I thought I would, and when it was released for purchase I was up in the air about it. However with the limited release of the steel book packaging at Best Buy, I couldn't say no. A fun movie fantasy fans should check out.

Like most Vin Diesel movies, The Last Witchhunter is a good escapist film. Surprisingly excellent cast. It's not high end drama, but it is an enjoyable way to spend a bit of time.

My kids liked Vin Diesel ever since Pitch Black and that series came out. We have seen him in Pacifier which we felt was hilarious! The Last Witch Hunter created a new category for Vin Diesel which he fit the role perfectly. There's laughter, action, and scary scenes that he pulled off with great talent. If you want to see a great movie with an equal amount of drama this is it.

When I first saw the trailers for this movie it instantly piqued my interest, it was evident that the action, effects, and mythology were all alluring. Having seen the movie now I must say that while not as strong as one would initially think it is still a pretty good flick. one worth watching. Its not the best movie of all time but it's certainly a solid action movie and it's a little Blade mixed with Conan. From the director of The Crazies its beautifully shot and fairly well executed. In fact it seems that theres such a mythology that to squeeze it all into one movie perhaps hurt the finished product. But nonetheless if you like Vin Diesel and you like monster movies check this one out.

Love that Best Buy does right when releasing exclusive steel cases for movies. I love the way the cover looks, it really stands out from other covers out there. The entire reason I purchased this ovie is because of the cover. Thank you Best Buy :)
