The game is obviously amazing, but this special edition gives you a lot of extra goodies including a carrying case for the Switch.

I got lucky while on BestBuy.com searching for Nintendo Switch stuff and this was available. I must have been on at the right time, but I got one back in January! It arrived on release day and have been great ever since. The case is awesome and so detailed. The design is great and unique (to the special and master editions). I like the map (I display them around my man-cave) and the coin is pretty cool. I am not huge into soundtracks, but it is a nice addition. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase.

The game is fantastic, took over a month to complete and still have another 80% of collectibles and quests to do in the post game to 100%. The world is huge and lively and rewards your exploration and you can easily get sidetracked from the main story and never feel like you wasted you time. As for the additional portions of the special edition, I have utilized the case for multiple trips and it works well, just a tad small to fit the ac adaptor without bulging. The other portions are of good quality.

I've been playing Breath of the Wild for several weeks now, and I've come to the conclusion that it's not only the best Zelda game ever—high praise in itself, as the franchise has more than its fair share of incredible games—but that it's easily in the running for best video game ever. Whether you're a serious or casual gamer and whatever genres of games you typically prefer, there's something for you in this game. It feels like the love child of Zelda, Skyrim, and the Witcher 3, and it's awesome.

The best looking game from Nintendo ever! Open world, no hand holding. The gameplay and little details throughout are amazing!

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Special Edition did not disappoint. The map is huge and the game is a blast to play.

It came with a coin, case, map, and game like it says. I thought the map was going to be cloth, I'm not sure why, it's not. I would of preferred a cloth map personally, but it's a minor nit-pick overall. The map is well made, the coin comes in a protective case and is well made, the case is amazing and is the main reason why I wanted to buy this so I'm happy.

Great box art, set, items, and carrying case. Definitely worth a switch just for this bundle. Best Zelda bundle to date.

Overall great game and there's plenty of quest to do. I love the soundtrack and collector coin that comes with the game.

The Breath of the Wild is a wonderful game all in its self but the items included in the special edition IMO don't feel like a rip off like many collectors editions or special editions for a myriad of games. The best part is the case that you can use to portably transfer the switch with. Fits snug in the case with the joy cons still attached. The case is far from flimsy so if you don't throw your switch off a bridge or run it over with a vehicle, the handheld will be protected.

Great for any Zelda fan. Fun game, awesome extras. This is worth it just for the game and case for the switch console.

I've played games that are quoted to be some of the best of all time, Last of Us, Journey, Uncharted 2, and this. This is the only game where I fully agree with every bit of praise given to it. Never has a game captivated me this much since Ocarina of Time. This game alone is worth buying a switch let alone all of the other games coming out. If you want to experience one of the most original, interesting, and captivating games of all time do yourself a favor and buy this game.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has become my favorite game of all time. I've always been a Zelda fan, but this game does so much more than any previous game in the franchise. I am constantly delighted and amazed not only by the sheer volume of things to do, but also by the sense of discovery that I feel when exploring the massive world that the game sets before me. The Special Edition is great as well, and I love the Nintendo Switch carrying case that came with it.

The game has received acclaim the world-around, so I will not beat it into your head - if you are reading this, you know that already or are looking to attack praise. I am pleased that I purchased the Special edition mainly for the carrying case which is beautiful, and fully makes up for the additional price. The one down side (more like hilarious side) is that the box this came in was dimensionally larger in all respects to the switch box. It is ridiculous and unneeded!

I'm glad I got this special edition. I came with a really good case for my Switch. The game too overall is very fun.

I haven't had this much fun playing a video game since I was a kid. The special edition has some great extras too.

This is such an incredibly fun game. Whats better than playing the game? Having a case for your switch! Seriously!

Although the colors of the game are a bit muted for my taste I do enjoy the open world concept. The game play is fun overall. While some of the monster fighting gets repetitive. The crafting is a nice new twist, while it is strange to not be collecting rupee's the old fashioned way. Several days of game play in and have a while to go.

The almost penultimate version (for those who couldn't nab the Master edition but still want a good bang for your buck and could do without the statue) of what could possibly be the year's best game. An all-in-one nostalgic and completely new experience wrapped up in a fantastically fun gaming experience. You won't regret buying this game (especially if you're a long time fan of the Zelda series) and sinking hours into this wonderfully crafted experience!
