I am still in the beginning of this game and already feel like there is so much to do in it. It is overwhelming but in a good way. Somehow they took everything from BOTW and added on to it. Have fought one boss fight and it definitely felt like what you would expect from a Zelda game. Just bought this game along with the TOTK Special edition switch and while I am sad my original switch was stolen on vacation I am glad that this game came out urging me to buy an OLED switch for it. Looks so crisp and clean on the OLED screen plus the OLED switch works with my old dock so I can keep the new on pristine as a collectable. Still can't believe how much more there is to do and how much bigger the whole map is than BOTW. *Spoilers* there is a whole sky map, ground level map and an underground map as well as caves, wells with underground areas and still shrines just like BOTW. Idk how long this game is but I can tell that there are hours of game play. I almost forgot to mention the item creation. It is like a literal sand box. Exploration and creation in this game are incredible and I am still at the early stages of this game!

I love this game when I first got it. The story line was very good and exploration was immaculate. When I started exploring, there was plenty to do play and battles to fight the, story line was completely different from breath of the wild. There is plenty to explore the map is similar to bed a while, but we completely new challenges and things to explore. I could spend hours and hours on this game!

I have been playing Tears of the Kingdom since it came out on May 12th. Love the Zelda games and if you have played Breath of the Wild, you will enjoy the additional ways to play. If you are new to the Zelda games, you will be amazed at the detail in this open world game. This game provides hundreds of hours of play with all of the things that you can do. Highly recommend!!!

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a resounding success. It's a masterclass in open-world design, offering unparalleled freedom, endless possibilities, and a truly unforgettable adventure. While the Switch's hardware might show its age at times, the core experience remains exceptional across all models. If you own a Nintendo Switch, playing Tears of the Kingdom is not just recommended, it's essential.

Tears of the Kingdom was definitely worth the wait. While the game will not give you the same sense of awe due to using the same map, the addition of extensive and unique areas, new abilities that will challenge you creativity, a mountain of content and an engaging story will scratch that Zelda itch we've been feeling since Breath of the Wild.

I absolutely loved Breath of the Wild, so it's not surprising that I thoroughly enjoy its sequel as well! Tears of the Kingdom is packed with content and improves on many things BOTW lacked. 50 hours in and I'm still not even half way done with the game or it's story. I definitely see why they decided to charge $70 over the standard $60 price.

I've played hundreds of hours in Breath of the Wild - it's one of my all-time favorite games, and I'm generally a big Legend of Zelda. This feels like a natural sequel to BOTW, with quality of life upgrades and a brand new story that fits right into the world. I'm really enjoying it and love the new gameplay.

This is a must have game for the switch especially if you are a Zelda fan or a fan of open world games. This game is similar to breath of the wild but much better in almost every way. You will spend many hours playing and getting lost in the world

Nintendo hits it out of the park with follow up to Breath of the Wild. Tears of the Kingdom is an amazing game improves on everything Breath of the Wild did greatly. Adds new places to explore and even places from Breath of the Wild are changed up just a little so it feels new.

Def should pick up the game when i play it felt like a whole new experience even tho is it similar to the previous game it feels fresh due to the new mechanics added into the game making it not feel like a 70$ dlc this is a game that is enjoyable and can put alot of hour into

I’ve been a long time Zelda fan ever since my first Zelda game—Ocarina of Time. I absolutely loved BOTW so obviously TOTK was a no-brainer. The game is both similar and very different from TOTK, and anyone saying it’s just BOTW DLC is lying to you. I spent hours just building stuff with the new abilities that Link gets, which lead to some hilarious moments. Please pick this game up and experience it for yourself because it’ll probably be the last Zelda game in this style (for now…).

The game is amazing. What else would you expect from Aonuma? Its a masterpiece. What really was great about buying from Best Buy was all the other Zelda fans waiting in line. Talking to them was an awesome experience. Ill always place a pre order from Best Buy for every game I have to have physically.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an amazing title that returns new and old Zelda fans back into the franchise. I love the fact that they kept the open-world concept and they expanded the Breath of the Wild map by a TON! I don't want to spoil anything but there are plenty of new areas and layers of the map to explore. The music is amazing, the physics are amazing, and the visuals are amazing even for an outdated system like the Nintendo Switch. I recommend any core gamer or nintendo fan to get this game. Even with the price increase it's worth it. The devs put so much love into this title and games that come out every year like Call of Duty and Pokémon don't have the kind of detail that this game does.

This was a preorder and I recieved it early on release day. 10/10 story and gameplay

Amazing game, I love the packaging still to this day 2 years after release. Hoping to get a switch 2 this Christmas to transfer my data over!

Love the game play and the new functions that the game gives you. The story is intriguing and makes me want to keep playing to fill in all the pieces. Also love the easter eggs and fun extra items that you can find along the way+

Easily my game of the year. TOTK came thru with originality and creativeness to the extreme. Story is also amazing. Love how easy it was to pick up at Best Buy! Thanks to all the workers who were ready on release day!

Best game ever! It has everything you could ever want in a zelda game. Stunning graphics, awesome characters, intense action, beautiful soundtrack, Not to mention the endless replay value. I highly recommend this game to anyone new to Nintendo,.Or to anyone who has a Nintendo but never played a zelda game. I'm certain that by the time you finish the game you will be sitting at the edge of your seat waiting for the next zelda game to be announced. And I also want to thank the staff at best buy for their quick responses in getting everyone's preorders Thanks. Again!

Waited a long time but worth it. Starts hard and thats a bonus. Create anything, fly to the sky or travel underground open world at your pace and doesent obligate you to do anything you dont want. A great game.

Absolutely amazing game play. One of my favorite switch games released. I love that it is an open world but still stands apart from Zelda Breath of The Wild! A free art print came with my purchase as well!
