This game has a nice twist to the same old style of Zelda adventure games. Exploring the world by sea instead of by walking everywhere or riding a horse is a refreshing change to this series.

This is a great HD update to an already great game. In addition to improved graphics there are also some gameplay updates such as the quick sail and a shortened triforce seeking quest towards the end of the game - both of which speed up tedious parts of the game. Even though this game is about 10 years old, it holds up great. It feels like a new title meant for the Wii U. I had a lot of fun using the Gamepad for item management and looking at maps. This really is a great game.

Played this on Gamecube and absolutely had to buy the remaster! They made some great improvements, like the swift sail, that let's you change wind direction without pulling out the Wind Waker and also sail twice as fast. Off-screen game play on the Game pad is really cool, but it's even better playing it on a huge wide screen TV in high definition using the game pad as a map. The purchase price is totally worth it, this game is amazing!

a great game that makes the GC wind waker experience more enjoyable. definitely pick it up if you haven't played this game before, or if it has been awhile since you last visited it.

This game is very challenging. It's easy to get turned around. It may take awhile, but I enjoy the adventure. I don't like to have to constantly fight and there is balance in this game.

As usual zelda is a great game almost every time. If you're not a fan of the cartoony style it might throw you off, but I assure you that it'll still be a blast for any zelda fan.

Bought this for my son as an Easter gift to go in his Easter basket. He had mentioned that he wanted this game and had always been a huge fan of Zelda and the entire Nintendo franchise.

a must play for the zelda aficionado, is a great zelda game silly and fun and amazingly well done if you missed your chance to play it on the gamecube DO NOT miss your chance now.

Havent gotten to play the game much. I will update once I play more, however I am excited to play a Zelda game I never had the chance to play due to lacking the proper system.

This game is pretty awesome I had been waiting to buy it preowned here at best buy but it's been a long time since they've had one so I went ahead and bought it new

This game is a masterpiece. Full Stop. It's one of the best Zelda games in the entire series, and was criminally overlooked in its time. This is an HD Remaster of that original masterpiece which looks infinitely better, as well as fixing a few of the flaws the original had (such as the ability to get a Swift Sail which speeds up sailing) Long story short: Get this game.

This is a forsure buy on an HD remake. It really feels like if I would have never played this back i n the day this would hold up as a brand new and fantastic game!

I love ZELDA and after Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword this was a nice break from the more realistic graphics. Reminded me of the old Zelda....which I love!

Enjoyable and challenging game. Storyline is good with lots of places to go and things to do.

I have been a fan of the Zelda games since I owned my first Nintendo console. This remake clearly shows Nintendo's commitment to it's fans and adheres to what makes the Legend of Zelda games "legendary." From the main story line to the quirky little side quests, returning and new players will find it absolutely enjoyable, if not refreshing. 5 stars again to Nintendo. Can't wait for the next Zelda Title to hit the WII U.

I've been wanting to replay Wind Waker for a while, and Nintendo's transition into the HD realm is nothing short of spectacular. The game is beautiful to look at and very enjoyable. A few tweaks were added to make traveling the Great Sea more simple, and the game pad offscreen play is epic. If you have not played this game yet, I highly recommend it! Be the hero the world needs and start adventuring!

Guys this remake is sick i love having the menu at my finger tips its great i dont have to pause mid fight to select my items i seriously recomend this game

I have played and own the Gamecube version of the game, and not to mention that it was the game that hooked me up to the franchise. I just had to own the Wii U version also and it has it's graphics enhanced due to the HDMI. The artwork of this particular adventure is great and awesome, the story is really interested and gets you hooked up to keep wanting to come back and play more.

I thought this game was good but I asked my (10 yo) son his thoughts as well. He plays a lot of RPG games and he said this game was very good but the bosses were very challenging. They were more challenging than bosses in other games. He got frustrated with this game but it was still fun. He liked the latest 3D game on the 3DS better.
