Been playing Lego video games for years. Smash, smash, smash. Always a good time and this one is no different.

Let's be honest, most of the time movie tie in video games SUCK. THANKFULLY lego and wb nailed this game. Lego already has put out great games and this one follows a similar format: you play as lego characters exploring the worlds of the movie. They did a great job of fleshing out the game so that it accentuates the plot points of the movie without making the game too dull, drawn out or overly predictable. For example you take part in an extended chase through the city after you first meet wildstyle. You play through the story but can also go back and replay using different characters you unlock along the way. Many times there will be bonus areas you can only access using an unlocked character so you get rewarded for going back and revisiting past levels. There's also SO MUCH fun little details and funny quips by characters you find in the various worlds. It's really great to explore the worlds that were shown in the film. The gameplay is pretty simple and luckily dying is not too big a deal (you lose some coins but don't have to start a whole level over if you fall off a lego cliff) so anybody can learn the game pretty quick. Eventually the levels get a bit more challenging but nothing impossible.

This game is so fun my son and I both enjoy it. It's a good game to for a child to play yet a adult can have a good time to.

I am purchasing this game for my daughter. The ability to play more than 1 people at a time, plus Lego characters and the fun actions along the game. She enjoys it.

its a really nice change to the typically games I play that are a lot harder/longer. Its quite easy but still super fun

My son loves this video game, best thing is that you don't need to have the playstation+ to play...

This game has all the qualities you find in every lego game these days but follows the movie very closely. lots of fun with great sound and gameplay.

Overall it's a good game for those who like Lego games and for fans of the movie. Same great Lego humor and gameplay, and fills in gaps in between things that happen in the movie. Unfortunately there are some bugs (I got stuck with characters a couple times), the game is shorter than other Lego games I've played (75 total gold bricks), and the cut scenes are all drawn directly from the movie.

the game is short in playing it. its still really fun thou if u like the lego game franchise.

I haven't found many 2 player games for ps4 but this one is great! Deff not just for kids

Follows the LEGO game formula but adds in scenes from the movie (with different voices). Fun multiplayer.

This game follows the exact story and timeline as the movie did. The game play is very good, and will give hours of entertainment to your child

Not too difficult, but still challenging enough that it requires a little effort to get through the tasks to complete the levels. My son has loads of fun destroying things and then rebuilding new things to move on to the next projects.

The Lego series is always such a fun game to play for any age group! Highly recommended!

This lego game plays and follows the movie well. Fun for all fans and all ages of Legos.

the game has nice graphics and fun gameplay. id definitely buy the other lego games soon
