I don't understand why this movie didn't do as well as expected. Johnny Depp is fully immersed in his character as usual. William Fichtner plays a great villain. And Helena Bonham Carter is interesting as always. Every boy young and old should love this movie.

Reviewers gave this movie poor marks, they were sadly mistaken. The movie was entertaining from beginning to the end. I enjoyed the performance by Johnny Depp which critics didn't like. Overall an excellent choice for a movie night for a couple or a family.

I thought Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer made a great pair. Between the action and comedy, I was highly surprised with this movie. I heard the movie was too much about Tonto and not The Lone Ranger, but that did not bother me from enjoying this movie.

Picked this up last time we were at BestBuy with my son. we were just looking for something different and this definitely fit the bill. Entertaining, ... if you like this kind of movie that is.

It's not the Lone Ranger from my childhood, Buy it's got lot's of action. It's a fun filled action movie. it was enjoyable!

At first I wasn't willing to see this movie at all. Got it for a Great price at Best Buy, and decided to pick it up. I didn't think Johnny Depp would be a great Indian but it turns out with him and Arnie it's a great combination and makes a great movie.

If your looking for non stop laughing, this is a great movie to watch. Johnny Depp is hilarious and I highly recommend watching this. Don't expect a highly complicated plot and/or story line, this is not that kind of movie. This is a lol movie to enjoy.

There were times that it felt like they tried to force in the comedy, but overall, I loved this movie. Johnny Depp' s Tonto stole the show. Armie Hammer was a good Lone Ranger, and Tom Wilkinson and Helena Bonham Carter were great supporting characters.

Entertaining movie--great costumes/makeup-not the typical Lone Ranger movie I was used to as a kid---but very enjoyable.

Bought this movie for my kid who loves trains since I heard there were good train scenes (along with western you can't go wrong) and it turned out to be a pretty good movie. A little long in the middle but he loves watching it over and over.

Great movie, lots of action. Pg1-13 it has lots of shootings, death people and some not for children scenes.

The movie didn't really convey to me that the producers wanted to stay too much on course and follow the original storyline. Why they made Tonto look like such a LOST soul and the LONE Ranger like such a pansy, I'll never understand! If I wasn't such a fan of the original series, I believe I would have given it a better rating! Didn't live up to the classy class of the original series! Sorry!

Depp in anything is worth watching! This took a classic and twisted it just enough to m and it hilarious and fun!

If you enjoyed Pirates of the Caribbean then you should enjoy this movie. Similar concept and execution with a little slower pacing, but movie is enjoyable to watch. Not as bad as the critics said. What do critics know anyways.

This movie had me from the start. It was very interesting. Makes you stop and think from this point of view.

Wow, an unbelievable cast, Steven Spielberg directing, and a plot that just won't quit. It's amazing that critics panned this because it is all that any Lone Ranger fan could possibly want or expect. Disney knew what they were doing. Fantastic!

Critically shellacked upon its initial release, this film's reputation will undoubtedly improve over the years, thanks to a galloping storyline, solid performances, and an effective re-telling of the Lone Ranger mythos to a new generation of fans. Special features are light, but the film looks and sounds great.

I'm a big Johnny Depp fan. I enjoyed the movie. A little over the top with special effects. But fun to watch.
