The first Jurassic Park has been one of my favorites since I first saw it. When the sequel came out, it was such a change of pace I didn't really care for it at first. However, after watching it many years later, it has grown on me quite considerably. By today's standards, The Lost World is quite a fun adventure even if the CGI is a bit dated.

This is the 2nd one in the Franchise and it still can stand up on its own. This one takes place on the 2nd island Isla Sorna, and further explores the world of Jurassic Park but this time there are the electric fences or gates keeping the dinos in captivity.

I only give this item 4 stars because it's the Least favorite or the series (Jurassic World included which you MUST see and own when it hits Blu Ray). It's a classic movie nonetheless which is enjoyable and highly recommended for any fans of the genre/series.

The sequel to the movie but not the book. Well some parts of the book but not really. This one i do like as you get to see what happens when man intervenes fully with nature and nature bites back. The movable feast is what was needed and you get that here as the supposedly well equipped humans are shown to be woefully unprepared.

I know many people don’t like this installment of the series (although they generally like it more than III), but I’ve always liked it for what it is. It looks and sounds better than ever on blu-ray too. Highly recommended!

The Jurassic park franchise is one of the best action movie series in all of Hollywood. The action is intense, and the dinosaurs looks even greater on Blu-Ray. I own all of the Jurassic park DVD's, but I prefer the Blu-Ray's because of the visual and sound improvements. 5-stars for the price and digital download options.

...but I like the sequel to Jurassic Park. Is it as good as the original? No. But it's still fun. Plus. the Blu ray was only like $9.99 plus it had a code that gave me $7.50 off a ticket for Jurassic World, so that seems like a win to me.

Movie great online service sucked and Millerville in Baton Rouge service in store sucked. Manager was not helpful for the movie was supposed to be at the store. Long store short got charged for 2 movies and had to cancel one order.

I love this tin set for the movie, it displays very nicely! It has nice sleeves to hold the disks and keep them from getting scratched inside. My husband ended up purchasing the rest of the set so now they look great all together and it is cooler than the blu ray box set that is offered at this point!

The second Jurassic Park film in the mega franchise that keeps you on the edge of your seat, and in awe of the special effects. Some original cast from the first film return. They are on a mission to likely survive the chaotic mysterious new island that is discovered... Something has surely survived.

This is not as great as the first (not surprising) but its still and enjoyable film. I almost bought the box-set with the whole series, but at $5 a piece for the single blu-ray editions this was a much better deal.

Looked great for an 'old' movie. I didn't really care for the tin packaging but since I somehow ended up getting the tin package for the blu ray 3d of Jurassic World from Amazon... I figured oh well, might as well get the rest of them in the round tin. Plus they were on sale.

Biggest problem was the radical, nut case animal rights activists portion of the flick. Must put everyone, including ourselves, in danger by releasing a few dinosaurs. Perfectly okay for some humans to die. Must risk all to help a baby T-Rex. So what if a friend gets eaten by parents. Acting was fine, special effects were great, story was basically okay except for the idiotic radicalism. We all know Hollywood likes to be preachy but when they take out the sledgehammer & beat you over the head, movies just don't work as well that way. Good enough but not as good as the other 3.

Hard to top the original with the majority of the cast either gone or only in the film for few moments. Nonetheless the Lost World has it's moments of enjoy-ability as we get what we all want, more Goldblum.

I know a lot of people very much disliked this sequel, but I personally really liked it. Especially the hilarity that ensues when the T-Rex and her baby are brought to San Diego.

If you liked the first movie you will enjoy this sequel. The special effects make the movie really exciting & make the dinosaurs look authentic. Missing in this movie are Sam Neill & Laura Dern which is somewhat of a disappointment but it is still a really good movie.

Not as good as the first, but then again is anything ever? While I would have preferred a traditional steelbook, this metal case is very unique. It could use a bit more grip from the paper base, though.

Jeff Goldblum is oneof my favorite actors and his character in Lost World was just as funny as Jurasic Park. In fact, a good part of the cast in this movie was very good. The action was classic dino dinner and the ending perfection.

Great movie. Wish it had a better ending Not a fan of the packaging it comes in. Also didn't come with the right uv code. Instead of getting jurassic world uv code I got the lost world uv code instead.

Bought this on sale. This also comes with a digital code that allows you to get the movie in 4k if redeemed directly in iTunes! That alone was worth the sale cost. Think of it as getting a 4k movie with a free collectable tin.
