I had heard from friends that this was an excellent movie, but now I upset that it didn't get more attention. It takes all your classic spy tropes, not just in character but in camera angels and montages, and wraps them all up in one amazing master piece. From start to finish, never boring. Not to mention a lovely challenge for those who like to figure out plot twists before they happen.

This is a retelling and updating of the old TV Series from the 1960s. The original TV show was inspired by the popularity of the James Bond movies that had begun during this time period. If you enjoyed the original series you will appreciate this movie. This was a nice first start, hopefully a sequel follows.

I think that "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." was one of the greatest films of all-time and it was also one of my favorite films of all-time. I really enjoyed all of the action, mystery, suspense, humor and drama that kept this film very entertaining and enjoyable. I also think that "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." had a really great cast, plot and personal storylines as well.

I enjoyed this movie, but I must admit that I've never seen the original series upon which the film is based. So, I can't speak to how original fans will view the film. I thought the action was fast-paced and thrilling, and the script light and enjoyable, allowing the movie to move along at a brisk pace.

When I read that this was getting made I was excited. I grew up watching the original and the fact that Guy Ritchie was directing was perfect. It did not disappoint me. Lot's of action, funny dialogue and a very cool soundtrack. Check your brain at the door, kick back, eat popcorn and have fun with it.

The actors (Armie Hammer and Henry Cavill) who played Illya Kuryakin and Napoleon Solo couldn't have done a better job and the directory Guy Ritchie cements this movie as a new classic for the old tv series. And I loved the credits song, "Take Care of Business (For Me)" by Nina Simone. I hope they make a sequel (with same actors).

I've been looking for this movie. Glad to find this blu-ray. It also includes digital version even though the box doesn't say so. I really like this movie, which is a great remake, fully of fun and light action. Alicia Vikander is so beautiful. There is a scene of her dancing that is a must see.

Great movie! I really never liked the series but my sister talked me into watching this and I was much happier with this movie then I ever was with the series. So if you're one of those they did not like the series and are avoiding this movie, my advice is that you give it a try.

Grandson wanted to watch this movie as it is one of his favorite movies. I was not going to rent it for the price of buying it. ordered it online from best buy and it arrived 4 days earlier than expected. Great stocking stuffer for the wee man. Good movie based on 60's tv show of the same name.

Enjoyed it very much. Watched the original tv series all the time, and was very interested in how they would revisit . Movie held my interest as much as the original series. Action and actors did a great job with the storyline, and was interesting how they brought the characters to become a team.

I never got to see the original series but this one does a great job of standing on its own. This movie is a lot of fun and has just the right amount of action and humor. Henry Cavill is such a remarkable actor and as always, he does a great job here. Do yourself a favor and pick this movie up.

I watch the original series years ago and enjoyed it. This movie was great to watch on how they became working partners even though they didn't exactly like each other in the beginning. I liked that they struggled with their working relationship as part of the plot, which worked for me.

The movie was entertaining but the original series was better.

This movie was a great family movie. I watched it with my adult son who really enjoyed it, too. It's rare for us to find movies we all enjoy. I don't remember there being objectional content. If there were, we'd have been embarrassed to watch it together. It is an action movie with guns, though, so it may not be suitable for very young children.

I remember the original television show with Robert Vaughn as Napoleon Solo and young much David McCallum (Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard from N.C.I.S.) as Illya Kuryakin. This Blu-Ray lives up to their legacy of the characters that were developed over 50 years ago. I saw only two things which were not from the time period, All in all a very enjoyable 2 hours.

This movie was much better than I thought it was going to be. The casting was very good and especially the female lead. She is a up and coming actress who deserves notice. The plot was well put together and had some interesting and entertaining twists and turns along the way.

I remember the TV show but did not watch it that much. Saw the movie at the theater and felt it was good. I always like to watch a movie a few times as you miss a lot. Liked the cast, funny in spots and just wanted to get the movie. If you have not seen it yet would recommend.

This movies was a lot of fun. Henry Cavill was the highlight for me, but the core 3 characters (Cavill, Hammer, and Vikander) were all great. Some of the typical Guy Ritchie flair is evident but it largely has an old-fashioned feel to it, and I mean that in the best way possible.

We seen this in the theater. It was love at first sight for my fifteen year old daughter. It is currently her favorite film. She has watched it repeatedly. Her Grandmother, Mother and I found it to be entertaining as well. The rest of us are not as excited as she is about it.

Based on the classic 60s TV show of the same name, this film embraces its 60s roots during the Cold War which was the right decision as opposed to modernizing it. All the leads are good. Fans of the original series will appreciate the numerous homages. Recommended.
