I would only recommend this movie to those who have read the book. But even if you haven't read it, it's still a good movie. Nonstop action.

I read the book and loved it and knew I would love the movie. As with all movie adaptations you have to expect that some things will be changed and thankfully the things that were changed still worked in the movie.

Obviously, if you read the books first, you will be most impressed by them. But, the movie was done well, and it was enjoyable!

Though all books are best and most movies never compare, but this one was great. Loved the story and slight romance.

This movie was made from the book series. It is a wonderful love story as well as an action movie. It allows you to believe in things that aren't normal and gets both your mind and heart racing. I love it!

I love action flicks and this movie definitely had that and then some! The love story was so-so and not really believable. Maybe it was the actors - I feel they didn't have a lot of chemistry together.

Movie was pretty good, not as good as the book but it did leave me wanting more.

Based off the book. I knew basic plot points going in. Overall the movie is decent and entertaining with quite a few flaws.

I love this part...I definitely recommend bluray so that you can have nice picture quality and story line is great unlike part 2

As a fan of the book series, I was highly anticipating this movie, and was not disappointed. As with all movies based on books there are things that could be better, but overall I was thrilled.

I purchased for my daughter. She saw it before purchasing and is now reading the books related to film.
